Situated in close proximity to the charming Marina Rubicon, you will find a wide array of restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket. However, if you wish to explore the vibrant resort of Playa Blanca, it is just a short drive away.
Villa Mia is a delightful property that exudes elegance, featuring contemporary furnishings throughout. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your family's favorite meals, as well as a bright and airy lounge with patio doors that lead to a private outdoor area. The shaded terrace provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, while the built-in barbecue allows you to grill your dinner to perfection. While the children cool off and have fun in the private swimming pool*, parents can bask in the beautiful Canarian sunshine on the comfortable sofas. Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3Â steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The path to the pool area is 110cm wide, where the terrace is flat and tiled. There is a small lip edge around the pool, where the pool itself requires step access. The bedroom on the ground floor is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the bathroom door is 60cm wide, the same as the ground floor rooms. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 90cm.
