Tre rum och badrum ligger precis ner i korridoren-två med queen size-sängar och ett våningssäng rum med en dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar.

Om mer utrymme behövs, erbjuder den lägre nivån ett sovrum med två sovrum, ett badrum med queen size-säng och våningssäng (dubbelsäng + dubbelsäng), vardagsrum, TV (smart TV, ingen kabel) och tillgång till utomhusgazebo med schäslongstolar för att läsa och koppla av. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice. As I went through it on arrival I found several areas dirty. For example, the light switch above the stove was extremely greasy, areas of the wood floor was dirty.It almost looked like someone went in and did a bunch of quick patch work on the walls knowing that renters were coming in. The bedrooms were large and spacious. Very nice kitchen and living area. I will give the house four stars.

Paradise

We enjoyed waking up to the view of the ocean. The home is very well equipped and works well for a large group. We enjoyed the beach equipment that was supplied, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels and a cooler. We loved the hot tub with the view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house! In a beautiful neighborhood, in a beautiful part of Kauai. Awesome view from the lanai. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped . The kids loved the ping pong table.

Tucked into paradise

Our house, while in a very quiet neihghborhood was isolated by all the lush greenery. We lived on the extended covered deck for viewing the ocean and a lot of family time. We walked the neighborhood when we were not exploring the neighborhood and were treated to seeing 3 baby albaotross chicks in their nests. All the rooms were spacious and the house was well stocked to accomodate comfort. The house added immensely to our trip, because it was such a good and comfortable fit for us and because Hawaiin Life was so wonderful to work with.

Perfect Home in Kauai

Our family, 5 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child recently stayed at this perfect home. The house was very clean and in a very good location. There was more than enough room for all of us. We didn't use the Garden Suite as it wasn't needed. Communication with property manager was very helpful.

Princeville Hideaway

We were very impressed with the location and the view and the house overall. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work and the 2nd floor shower didn’t work which was hard on my elderly parents having to go downstairs to bath.

Loved the area and the house. Suggestion of blinds in the master bedroom . It is to bright to sleep after sunrise. Air Condition would be a real plus!

Beautiful home and perfect for a large group

This could not have been a better situation for our large group of 14. Rarely does a rental home comfortably sleep the number of guests that its listing specifies, but this was a lovely exception that trend. Seven discreet bedrooms meant privacy for all, and the space itself was amazing. The home is in the middle of a residential neighborhood with full time residents, so it is definitely not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for. But once inside, the jungle / canyon surrounding it on three sides makes it feel very isolated and the ocean view was amazing. A++++

Family Birthday Reunion

Lovely house tho we didn’t realize there was no ac in the upstairs living area. Hard to cool it even with fans. The screen doors going to the upper deck need repair, but the views and quiet were heaven. We enjoyed looking at the stars in the hot tub.

Mauna Pua Delight

My family of 13 came to Kauai to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. From the moment we first pulled into the driveway and opened the front door until we locked up for the last time, we had a magical stay at this property. The home is well appointed and appropriately decorated. There were many supplies already in the house. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and beach towels for our trips to the beach. Tanya, our island host, was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to any large family or group. We had a fabulous stay.

Paradise in Princeville

The property is lovely and especially well appointed. It is spacious and clean. Recently added air con in bedrooms is a huge plus. No phone reception or wi-fi in the garden suite was a negative that could be easily fixed. The advertised hot tub was broken and that was a HUGE negative for our group of 12. We would not have stayed at this house had we known. And the $25 per day offered as compensation after the stay was insulting. Will not use this company again unless they do something more reasonable - but Tanya who we dealt with was a delight.

This property ticks all the boxes for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home delivered on all of our needs in full. My wife and I hosted our three children, their spouses and a gaggle of grandchildren at this home to get away from a long winter. The first impressions were extremely positive as there is ample parking for several vehicles with four concrete parking slabs and room on the driveway for additional vehicles if needed. The home is very roomy and even though we had a large group, we did not feel cramped. The house was well stocked with sufficient household supplies. Even though the fine print says a start up supply of toiletries, cleaning supplies are provided, we found that we did not have to run out and buy replacement items. Sleeping quarters were perfect for each family. All of the appliances were in good working condition. A bonus is the presence of two washing machines and dryers. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys. A large supply of beach towels in the front hall closet meant we never had to share. The four bicycles that are provided were a hit as we went for daily rides through the neighbourhood enjoying the placid community and the views. The highlight is the lanai that looks onto the ocean. We were entertained every night from 5:00 pm to sundown by whales breaching off the shore. Overall this home ticked off all of the boxes and we would highly recommend it as a must stay for families.
