The apartment has two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living room, featuring a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a work area with a comfortable desk. Next to the living room, there is a dining area, equipped with a large table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary modern utensils and appliances for use.
The first bedroom offers two joined single beds, a practical wardrobe, workspace with desk, and a large window. The second bedroom features two joined single beds, large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom for greater comfort and privacy. Additionally, the apartment has a second full bathroom with a shower available for all guests.
Located in one of the most emblematic and lively areas of Madrid, the apartment places you at the epicenter of Madridâs culture, gastronomy, and entertainment. Surrounded by traditional shops, bars, and restaurants, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the authentic Madrilenian life, tasting the exquisite local gastronomy and enjoying the hospitality that characterizes this neighborhood.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of ⏠100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
