Jag hyr ut min charmiga lägenhet LATINA BRICK i Madrid. Detta är en helrenoverad och nyinredd luftig två sovrum, två badrumslägenhet i ett tegelhushus. Det stora sovrummet (2 enkelsängar) har eget bad medan det andra sovrummet på andra sidan vardagsrummet har ett badkar intill varandra. Det är fullt möblerat med ett avancerat kök och badrum och en tvättmaskin / torkning i enheten (yay!). Detta är det hetaste området i Madrid att bo just nu, tunnelbanan ligger bara nere på kvarteret. Denna fullt möblerade lägenhet har exponerade tegel- och stenväggar och högt i tak. Inredningen är elegant och modern och bibehåller en bekväm och välkomnande känsla. Det första coolaste kvarteret i världen av TimeOut: "Madrid kan vara världens mest spännande huvudstad just nu, och Embajadores är dess mest färgstarka stadsdel. Detta är en plats där människor från när och fjärran lever sida vid sida, som matar upp ett livligt kulturliv. I norr är Plaza Tirso de Molina blomsterhandlare territorium på dagen, och på natten fylls med unga avslöjare i kö för att komma in i Medias Puri, stadens klubb för tillfället. Söderut finns Tabacalera och La Casa Encendida, två enorma kulturella centra som står som transatlantiska fartyg kör i land mitt i staden. Du kan äta på indiska specialiteter som serveras ovanpå en blommig oljeduk eller få en gudomlig marockansk lammtagine till ett absurdt lågt pris. Excellent Location!

We had a fantastic stay visiting my son who is studying in Madrid. Steps away from anything you would want! Apartment was clean and the owners were so great to work with and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Great stay in Madrid!

Perfect location

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was both modern and characterful. It was perfectly located for sightseeing - we could easily walk everywhere - and there were lots of great restaurants etc nearby. We would very happily stay there again.

Family Vacation

Where do I begin. Location is well centered to A lot of main places. Place is very Nice and Cozy. The Host was very Sweet and Nice. Met Us in person and gave Is the keys. She let Us go in early and drop off Our bags. Sent Me a list of thing and palces to eat which We did check out and it was Amazing. 10/10

Art trip to Madrid Centro

Location - Location - Location. Easy for Airport/Atocha 203 transfer on foot Very walkable for visiting Palace. Retiro, Prado, Latina, Sol/Gran Via, Belles Artes, Thyssen, Botanic Super place. Clean. Friendly, helpful check in. Well equipped kitchen area. Good water pressure for showers. Convenient shopping nearby for basics and a few minutes on foot to the Latina market. Everything you need.

A dark cave

This apartment is on a low floor, in a very narrow street, and gets no sunlight. We had to turn on electric lights even on sunny days. We’d step out on its tiny balcony and look straight up to see a bit of sky and find out whether that day was sunny or cloudy. Website photos, shot with strong lights, don’t reflect that darkness at noon. Other than that, the apartment was reasonably comfortable (would be even better if beds had headboards, more pillows, and unclogged water drains). Good location.

Comfortable, well located flat

The flat was well appointed for comfort, and perfectly located for walking to the sites in Madrid. Communications with the owner were great, and she had good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Highly reccommend!

Wonderful location

A great place to stay. The host was really generous and accommodated our early arrival. Helena provided lots of great information and responded promptly to any inquiries. She also was helpful arranging taxi services. The apartment is very quiet, but within a 10-15 minute walk (or 5 minutes on the terrific Metro) we could easily be at the museums or major plazas. Thank you!

Perfect Location in Madrid

This apartment was a great find, a short walk away from many of the major sites. It was also very close to a number of terrific tapas bars and restaurants, as well as grocery stores. The apartment is well-equipped on a side street, so it was generally quiet. Our host had us met at the airport, a big perk for weary travelers. Two very minor issues. We arrived at Madrid very early (7:00) but the apartment could not accommodate us or our bags until one o'clock, so we ended up passing the time at a nearby coffee shop. We found out later that there are several luggage storage facilities in the area, so we recommend checking that out if you arrive early. Also, we could not seem to get the washer/dryer machine to work properly. I have read that this is sometimes a problem with this appliance, but we may not have followed the directions very well. I suggest having the hosts go over instructions on the appliances thoroughly. Bottom line--a terrific base for exploring Madrid.

Beautiful!!

This property has been remodeled leaving beautiful building charm to see!! Great layout and very comfortable. Location is easy access to all you need. Coffee shop downstairs was very nice!!! Groceries around the corner…pharmacy downstairs…you are ready to go!!! Jose was fantastic and we appreciated the organization of arrival and departure. Thank you!!

Great base for a great experience of Madrid

A lovely apartment in a location that would be hard to beat. All the key locations walkable. Two bathrooms (which doesn't seem that common in Madrid in this price bracket) and very nice, comfortable bedrooms with a good kitchen area and tastefully decorated lounge. Communications with Carmen (the owner) were timely and helpful, and the arrival arrangements through the agents (Jose and Helena) were great and they couldn't have done more to help. Highly recommended.

Great place in Madrid!

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid at this location. The apartment was well outfitted and conveniently located. Access was easy, while safe. Beds were comfy. Cute balconies looked out on the street. There is a hostel on the same street, so a little bit of late night noise, but not enough to keep me awake. The other bedroom was very quiet. Three very convenient grocery stores were within a 5-7 minute walk, as well as some great restaurants. Madrid is awesome and this was a delightful apartment as a home base for our experience. The only small issue we had was that we were told to call once we landed and had our luggage so that they knew when we would arrive and would meet us. We had to use our own phones to call, even though we had WhatsApp or text, which would have been cheaper. When we called, we were told that they couldn't be there for an hour, though our drive only took 20 minutes. We parked ourselves at a small restaurant around the corner and had a coffee. After the 17 hour travel time, it would have been nice to get right in. That said, the person who met us was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave us some great tips and kept in touch to make sure that we had transport back to the airport on departure. It really was such a great place to stay! We would use it again!

Awesome Location and Apartment ..

Great Place and location. The checking process was seamless. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We were met at the apartment and given a full tour of the place - this was very nice. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and satisfied all out needs. Overall great experience. Thank you for letting us stay at your apartment during our vacation.

Perfect Spot

My best friend broke her ankle the night before flying out of Madrid. We had to act fast to find an accessible apartment with an elevator to stay in for a week while she healed enough to fly back to the US. We could not have found a more perfect place. This little jewel of an apartment is comfortable and beautifully appointed with a fully stocked, high-end kitchen and a great location. Thank you, Carmen!

Nice apartment in an amazing area

We just completed a stay there and found the location to be unbeatable. If you like to walk, you can walk to anything! Amazing restaurants close by; shopping; museums; nightlife; everything you could want!! The unit was clean, well stocked and spacious.

Comfortable and well equipped, great location

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was just as described, comfortable beds and well equipped - particularly appreciated the supply of basics (salt, oil, coffee, water, washing up liquid etc). The location was amazing - right in the centre - which made it a little noisy in the front bedroom at times but this is to be expected in such a vibrant city.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo la signora Carmen. L’appartamento è come presentato dalle foto, Perfettamente pulito e con tutto perfettamente funzionante. C’è ampia disponibilità nell’attrezzatura da cucina, e in quello che può servire al primo arrivo ( olio, caffè,…..) e lo stesso si può dire per i bagni. L’appartamento ha due supermercati nel raggio di cento metri ed è al centro della città. Abbiamo raggiunto tutti i luoghi di interesse a piedi. Nonostante il nostro arrivo alle 10 di sera, la signora Carmen non ci ha chiesto il pagamento extra che era specificato nell’annuncio Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento per la pulizia, la posizione e la cortesia.
