Villan ligger i det välskötta, eftertraktade och lugna distriktet Montgó nära Denia. De två närmaste stora shoppingmarknaderna ligger bara 1300 meter bort. Närmaste restaurang är ca 700 meter. Det är cirka 2,5 km till staden Dénia. Den närmaste sandstranden i Dénia stad ligger bara 2,0 km bort.

Villan är ca 130 m2. Fastigheten är helt innesluten med yttervägg och automatisk grind. Det totala området är ca 850 m2. Trädgården hålls varje vecka, poolområdet och bubbelpoolen beroende på väder och behov av en trädgårdsmästare och vårdgivare. Den har en 8 x 4 meter privat pool med utomhusdusch. Dessutom finns en bubbelpool med 3-4 platser på takterrassen. Dessutom har villan ett praktiskt sommar / utomhus kök med handfat, kylskåp och gasspis. På villaens tak finns en stor terrass med vacker utsikt över havet och bergen. Dessutom har den en täckt carport och ett separat åtkomligt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Huset renoverades till stor del november 2017, delvis renoverat och utrustat med nya el- och luftkonditioneringsenheter. Dessutom förnyades trädgården och trädgården planterade delvis ersatt eller kompletterad. Våren 2018 installerades en professionell bubbelpool med 52 massagestrålar på takterrassen. Spabadet rymmer 3-4 personer.

I allmänhet har villan flera inbyggda garderober. Köket är utrustat med apparater som keramisk spis, ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare (Nespresso), te maker och kylskåp med frysfack.

Via satellit har du olika tyska och spanska TV-kanaler tillgängliga. Dessutom finns det Wi-Fi mottagning i hela hotellet. (Kostnader inklusive husuthyrning)

Husdjur är inte tillåtna och rökning i huset är inte tillåtet.

Villan har gas centralvärme, luftkonditionering i alla sovrum och cheminee i vardagsrummet.

För slutstädning är en fastighet på 130 euro. För sängkläder, hand och badlakan är en fast skatt på 30 euro att betala.

Perfect for family stay

Perfect for a family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There is a lovely pool. garden, outdoor kitchen, grill (gas and charcoal), and jacuzzi- all set on a beautiful hillside with sea views from the rooftop and mountain views. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated, and the owner, Samuel, is helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a perfect family vacation and I wouldn't change a thing!

Had a really great stay

My Friends and I Hand a super nice stay at the house. Great BBQ, night swims in the Pool, amazing walk up the hill. 🏜🥘👙 The Communication was really good, got some nice recommendations for restaurants, Bars, beaches. 🍹🏝 Also the City is pretty nice. The only thing you have to be aware of That you would probably need a car, because the house is up the hill. Thank you for having us 😊

Excellent villa / facilities in a lovely part of Spain

We stayed in the Villa the last 2 weeks of August, the facilities are excellent including the pool / hot tub. The location is quite but close enough to the port and beaches in Denia. We had an excellent family holiday for 5. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need and items for the beach also which made it ideal for our family. The villa has amazing views and we could not fault it. Thanks Samuel for letting us stay and for signposting us to all the local restaurants, beaches and days out and making us all feel so welcome.

We visited Denia in April, 2023. The property was truly a home away from home. Samuel was kind and incredibly helpful. Our highlight was watching the sunset from the hot tub, wonderful views! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, thank you! We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely villa with fabulous views !

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in January. Samuel was an excellent host, giving suggestions for walks etc in the area. The villa was very comfortable with everything you need and the outside space beautiful albeit a bit chilly to use as much as in the warmer months. Denia and all it has to offer is very accessible.

Highly recommended

A very comfortable house and equipped as a home from home with very modern appliances. Central heating was very efficient. Delightful garden, beautifully tended, large pool, whirlpool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Most of all, the host Samuel was charming and incredibly helpful. If there is a Vrbo category above premium for hosts, Samuel deserves it!

Fantastic house in great location

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely with lots of shops/places to eat only 10 mins drive away. The location is lovely and views from the property are gorgeous. We will miss the view of the mountains!

Family trip to Denia

We came to visit my sister in law, brother in law and nephew. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. AC is abundant which was important for those of us traveling from Texas USA. We did not cook much but kitchen had all needed supplies. Pool and pool deck were lovely. As the owners warn, the wind can be unpredictable so best not to leave things out (umbrella or canopy). 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you toSamuel and his family from The Pothier Family ❤️. Denia is such fun 😎

Fabulous property

The property itself was lovely, what we were not prepared for were the amazing views (sea one way - mountain the other), take your walking shoes for the amazing trail round the mountain! The villa is very clean, maintained to an exceptional standard and extremely well equipped. We have to give a huge thanks to the owner, Samuel, communication was great, and he was very welcoming, providing us with all we needed including some great recommendations for restaurants and trips. Thank you so much! We hope to come back - but two weeks were not enough!

Amazing stay at a beautiful Villa!

We stayed with my husband and my 7 month old daughter for one week in January. From the very start Samuel was great at answering all my questions, he met us when we arrived showed us everything and explained how to use the hot tub. He was a very wonderful host and had the house ready with a cot and highchair for our daughter! The Villa is even more beautiful than you see in the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, newly renovated bathrooms and very comfortable huge bed! The garden is spectacular, very well maintained, you can tell the Villa is very loved and taken care of! We loved the area because we go hiking and loved that we could walk up a nice trail close by the house! Highly recommended this Villa! The pool, the hot tub, mountains and beach, it has everything! Will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Einwandfreier Urlaub

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus, diesmal 5 Wochen (15.9.-19.10.24). Die Lage ist einwandfrei in einer Sackgasse, die Nachbarhäuser waren bei unserem Aufenthalt fast alle unbewohnt daher war es sehr ruhig auch tagsüber. Den Pool konnten wir Kostengünstig auf 30 Grad heizen lassen, das war auch ideal für die Kinder (5 und 1 Jahre alt). Den Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse haben wir fast jeden Abend genutzt mit Blick über die Stadt sowie Meerblick. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wird auch regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool ist zum Haus hin nicht abgetrennt aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sowie der Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Die Entfernungen zur Stadt und zu Supermärkten ist auch zu Fuß durch wenig befahrenen Straßen machbar. Der Aufstieg zum Montgo liegt ebenfalls um die Ecke. Bei Fragen sowie auch allgemeinen Auskünften war unser Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, Probleme am Haus oder an den Pools wurden meist unkompliziert noch am selben oder am Folgetag behoben. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert mit einem einwandfreien Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Gelegen am Berg Montgó. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und zuvorkommender Gastgeber 😊.

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, so dass kaum ein Auto vorbei fährt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wird wöchentlich von Gärtnern gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt, uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und ebenfalls wie wir den Whirlpool bedienen müssen. Per WhatsApp hat Samuel uns sehr viele Informationen bezüglich Essen gehen und Ausflugsziele zukommen lassen. Sehr gut hat uns außerdem das Kochen in der Außenküche gefallen ☺️. Alles in allem, ist dieses Feriendomizil sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Kai & Anke

Schöne Tage in Spanien

Insgesamt erholsame Tage. Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten. Prima Betreuung durch den Besitzer. Jahreszeitlich bedingt starke Fallwinde, sodass man Abends weniger draußen sitzen konnte. Pool perfekt. Noch zu wünschen: 2 bequeme Stühle oder Liegestühle neben den vorhandenen 4 Liegen. Danke Samuel!
