You´ll have complete access to the entire apartment and its amenities during your stay, we simply ask that you treat the space as if it were your own home.

According to public safety regulations in Catalonia (Decree 159/2012 and other legal provisions), all tourist accommodations are required to collect and report guest information to the Catalan police (Mossos d’Esquadra).

📆 Starting in March 2025, the rate will be €8.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, during the first 7 nights) + a 10% handling fee.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction.

👶 Babies
If you’re traveling with little ones, we can provide a selection of baby items to make your stay more comfortable.
These items are available at an additional cost and can be requested after your booking is confirmed.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
In warm climates, garbage is typically collected very early in the morning or late at night.
Please take your trash to the nearest recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon.

If the keys are left inside the apartment and a new set must be delivered:
From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €30
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM: €50
