Located on the 12th floor, with a lift, of a secure, prestigious development in the Borough/London Bridge area, here you can enjoy breathtaking 270-degree views of the city including St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye, Houses of Parliament, and much more.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the open-plan living/dining area give the apartment a spacious and light feel. There are two large bedrooms, one en-suite plus a family bathroom and a modern kitchen with integrated appliances.
It is less than five minutes walk to Borough underground on the Northern Line with one stop to London Bridge. A stroll away is the renowned Borough Market, a foodie’s paradise with an emphasis on high-quality produce, world cuisine and sustainable production. There’s over 100 delicatessens, butchers, fishmongers, and cheesemakers selling fresh produce and it’s a wonderfully social environment too.

For those enjoying river walks and other cultural attractions the Southbank can easily be reached and it’s walkable distance (20-25mins) to most tourist attractions including the London Eye, Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern, Westminster Abbey and Tower Bridge.
