Waterlemon Villa är en privat 3BR, 3BA fritidshus ligger på backen med utsikt över Coral Bay, St John. Vid 700 meter över havet, är detta ledigt eleganta reträtt tillräckligt hög för att fånga vindar av passadvindarna och nära nog till hamnen för att titta på segelbåtar kommer och går. Den hisnande 50 mil vy uppför Sir Francis Drake Channel sträcker sig hela vägen till Spanishtown Harbor på den södra spetsen av Virgin Gorda. Två queen sovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum rymma upp till sex personer så det är perfekt för tre par eller en familj, men sekretessen för platsen och poolen gör det lika lockande för en smekmånad par eller en årsdag resa! Större grupper kan hyra huset bredvid också och rymma upp till tolv totalt.

Huset är utrustat för matlagning med Cuisinart grytor och kastruller, bra knivar, omfattande köksredskap, en mikrovågsugn, och, naturligtvis, en mixer och en margarita inställd! (Detta är ett fritidshus, trots allt). Det finns en Weber gasgrill och massor av servering rätter och glasögon om du vill laga mat. Den smidesjärn bord på övre skärmad i veranda är en idealisk plats att äta och njuta av utsikten.

Det finns flera alternativ för avkoppling på Villa från schäslonger vid poolen, till gungstolar på lägre nivå verandan, till korg inställd på övervåningen screening-veranda. Den bekväma rotting vardagsrum som i det stora rummet är en utmärkt plats för att titta på TV eller se en film eller bara lyssna på stereon.

Restauranger Coral Bay är fem minuter från huset, och de utestående snorkling stränderna i Salt Pond Bay och Leinster Bay är en naturskön 10-15 minuters bilresa. Sätt solstolar och svalare i bilen, ta handdukar och spendera dagen med att utforska. Den naturliga skönheten i St. John väntar på dig!

Coral Bay och Waterlemon Villa är en enkel 20-25 minuters bilresa österut från färjeläget i Cruz Bay. Kom och besök, paradiset ringer ...

Waterlemon Villa välkomnar barn 8 år och äldre. Huset är inte lämplig för små barn på grund av höjden på verandor och stödmurar. Dessutom kan en brant trappa mellan första och andra våningen göra huset potentiellt oönskade för personer med svårigheter att navigera trappor. Having been to St. John several times, we knew it was the place we wanted to celebrate and surprise my husband for his 70th birthday. Arriving in the dark after flight delays, we could see the lights in the distance and on the water from the villa. Beautiful! But waking up and seeing the sunrise, the surrounding land and water from the balconies was a surprise for all of us! It is truly amazing. The pictures of the views online do not lie. But to experience the views and to feel the breeze in person is unforgettable.There was plenty of space for 8 adults to be very comfortable. We cooked at home every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing after our days out at the beautiful beaches. The bedrooms all have AC (which we appreciated!) and there are plenty of fans as needed. Loved the outdoor showers and the tons of relaxing areas to sit while taking in the views from all angles. Honestly, everything about Watermelon Villa was more than we expected and we loved our stay and all of us said we will not hesitate staying here again. Get yourself a jeep (or 2 in our case) and experience the roads, the incredible beaches, the donkeys, the roosters and one the most beautiful places you’ll ever see. Thank you to Nicole for her great communication and Leo for being so kind the night we arrived. We will be back!

What a lovely home! And I can’t stop thinking about the view! We had a fabulous time and the villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay-snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. The hosts were extremely accommodating even helping us stay extra nights when our flight was cancelled and answering all of our questions prior to our visit. We can’t wait to plan a return trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterlemon Villa. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The location was ideal. It felt like all of the beaches and restaurants were a simple short drive yet Coral Bay was quiet and had a very chill vibe. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish—clear instructions, quick responses, and genuinely welcoming.As indicated in prior reviews, as long as you have 4WD (and use it properly!!) there are no issues navigating the driveway.We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!

Worth the drive

Amazing views and breezes. Fantastic screened in porch. The drive is a bit unnerving the first time--be prepared for steep narrow driveways--but worth it.

Excellent place to stay on St. John

We had a wonderful time staying at this villa on St. John. The view was incredible, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was so refreshing. The air conditioner was new for this visit and worked perfectly! The property manager was also extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Saint John vacation

Loved the location, totally private, beautiful house with awesome views. The kids loved the pool and the outside showers. The only thing is that the road leading to the house is not for faint of heart but that’s part and parcel of Saint John.

Amazing Home!

Well kept home with stunning views and the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental home. We cooked, grilled, enjoyed the pool and had amazing beach excursions daily! Communication was impecable. We hope to return for another visit!
