Nestled in Cruz Bay, this delightful 3800 square feet house is the perfect getaway for guests seeking an amazing views and quaint retreat on the island of St John. Our location is conveniently located about 1.5 miles to the town of Cruz bay. There are four en-suite king bedrooms plus a half bath. An entire house including the covered deck and a private swimming pool are on one floor. It’s one of the unique feature on St John as the island is hilly and many houses are built terraced down hill with different levels. There are Smart TVs in each suite, living room and the kitchen.
The sparkling tile pool comes with a three tiers waterfall for your relaxation after a long day at the beach. The BBQ island has a stove cook top, a griddle, a grill and a sink to prepare your outdoor meal. The property is professional landscaped to complete your paradise visit. AN ENTIRE HOUSE POWER BACK UP BY GENERATOR in case of any power outage on the island which happens often. Seascape Villa is one of the kind property on St John is awaiting for you to enjoy during your visit to the island.

Excellent location and responsive and thoughtful hosts. Beautiful house and everything needed was supplied. Because the weather was so hot, the only thing that would have made it better was if the whole house had A/C, but at least the bedrooms were nice and cool.

Seascape Villa was an incredible experience all around! Our family of 6 had plenty of space, great house setup and was blown away by the views from all angles! The doors that open up on the back porch area were stunning every day! Our kids loved the pool! There were so many things from towels, chairs, beach gear and other things to make our stay so magical! Big thank you for making our family vacation wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at James and Tara's villa. The photos of the property while nice, dont do justice to the actual home. We had a party of seven and there was plenty of room for all to have personal space when wanted as well as large communal space to enjoy together. The view from the front lanai was amazing for morning coffee, and the pool in the rear of the home was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thanks James and Tara for a beautiful week. We will certainly be backMike & Amy

This was not our first time to the island, but it was our first time not staying in a resort. We brought our family which included three couples and two little kids and there was so much space for everyone.The house is beautiful and very well laid out with a lot of attention to detail. The pool provided hours of entertainment and with the bar set up around it proved to be a great hangout spot. Plus they have a ton of pool toys and snorkel gear available to borrow.Made full use of the outdoor grill, griddle and burners! Beautiful view from the back porch which is incredibly spacious. The house was a bit warm since it had no air-conditioning throughout and there didn’t seem to be much of a breeze through it despite lots of ceiling fans. But honestly, with the outdoor amenities being so nice and with the views being so wonderful, we spent very little time inside. And because the bedrooms themselves are air-conditioning, there was no issue when it came time to sleep.The host was very responsive and friendly. She even made a few recommendations for places to go and beaches to see, all of which were amazing.North Shore beaches and their snorkeling was probably about 15 minutes away by car, and you could be in Cruz Bay in less than five.The house was exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it. Next time we look to go back to St. John, this will be our first choice!

It was designed for an indoor/outdoor living reflecting our island living lifestyle. It’s common no ACs in the common living area especially a 4500 square feet house on the island. It’s typically 10 degree warmer in August-October in the summer plus we had a very unusual summer with drought and extreme heat this year so we agreed it could be a bit warmer than usual. We thrilled to know you utilized the outdoor space to be comfortable. We look forward to host you again in your return visit to the island.

We had an outstanding stay at Seascape. Beautiful Property. Meticulously landscaped with exceptional views of Saint Thomas and all the smaller islands and keys. Nightly sunset views from basically anywhere in the villa. Very Secure location and private. The pool and patio area feel like a private oasis. The Villa is equipped with everything possible, including beach and snorkel gear, coolers, etc and the kitchen is fully loaded, which made our life very easy not to mention every room was spacious. We have stayed on STJ many times and this will be our new go-to Villa. We loved the furniture and decor. Everything was spotless and super clean. Tara was easy to deal with and made us feel at home. Thanks again for a great stay!

For a trip that had nothing but issues from the start, people backing out, flights canceled, finding out our previously booked villa did not have backup power as listed a month before our trip, last min sicknesses causing other companions to cancel Seascape villa was one of 3 things that went right to save my wifes birthday trip. The pictures and description do not do the property the justice it deserves. The owners kept in contact and were quick to respond to any question we had. It was immaculate, fully equipped, and so much more than we were expecting. The only thing I had an issue with was the tiled pool, its my first time with one of them and was not aware of how slippery they can be. But that is more of a me issue than with the villa itself, one slip as the first one in and our entire group learned to get in slowly lol. I cannot wait to come back and will definitely be looking to book Seascape again.

We stayed with a group of friends and could not be more happy with our selection. Hosts were extremely responsive to every question and location itself was great no matter what your plan for the day. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and will consider for our next trip to St John.
