The view from above Coral Bay was absolutely amazing with beautiful sunrises! We were glad to have a jeep to get up the hill. The pool and deck there was so nice to hang out.

Excellent stay for my wife and I and our 5 kids (8-18). Plenty of room for everyone. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom, but also a half bath off of the kitchen. The view of Coral Bay is AMAZING! Mark did a great of taking care of us- responsive to all of our inquiries- met us in Coral Bay and showed us the way to the house. Nice having a pool as well. Also great having back up power for black outs! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was wonderful. The view was gorgeous—in fact, the VRBO photos don’t do it justice. Every morning you wake to a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean by just lifting your head from the pillow (in all three bedrooms).PS—but don’t forget to bring a bar of soap.

Wonderful home with stunning views and beautiful sunrises. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy our time on St. John. Mark was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to the few minor issues that came up. Property was located just a short drive to local restaurants and several beaches.

Special place

Beautiful villa with spectacular views of Coral Bay and mesmerizing sunrises. Mark was a great host and went beyond the call of duty to make our stay perfect. We would stay here again.

Extended Family Vacation

We have been going to St John for several years on a vacation with our extended family. Our Flanders experience was great in every aspect (location, amenities on property space and interaction with the host.

Perfect House in Coral Bay

My group has been traveling to St. John off and on for the last 27 years. We always stay in Coral Bay and Flanders Villa offers everything one would need for a perfect Coral Bay vacation.

Amazing Views

The property was perfect for traveling couples. Gorgeous open kitchen / living area to hang out - not to mention beautiful patios and pool. Bedrooms were very private - like we all had our own villa.
