We are excited to welcome you to our Bauhaus Residence, a 3e bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse, located in the Ancoats district of Manchester city centre. The property spans two-floors and combines luxury with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those looking to settle in Manchester, at least for a short while.. This apartment sleeps up to 8 guests.

The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is an eight seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOMS
There are three king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, and all feature double or triple wardrobes.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms, with a bath and a shower available. We off bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55” smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features two armchairs and a four seater sofa, which can also be converted into a sofa-bed.

SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located adjacent streets; Cable Street and on Goulden Street - charges may apply.

As a resident, you'll enjoy access to our internal courtyard, a serene communal space.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £50.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public pay and display car park located adjacent to building - charges may apply. Piccadilly Gardens metro station is 7 minutes walk, Victoria train and metro station is 15 minutes walk and Piccadilly train station is 12 minutes walk

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
