Hosted by Sitges Hills Villas - This charming 6-bedroom holiday villa is surrounded by a large sunny garden with a fantastic 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool and is just a 10-minute drive from Sitges town.

Villa Mediterranea offers spacious, bright, and comfortable bedrooms and living spaces with high-end finishes, bright white walls, cool wood floors and charming timber-framed windows.

Entrance / Ground Floor
On entering the villa, the first bedroom on the left is a large ensuite master with light pouring in from dual aspect windows. This room has ample wardrobe space, a double bed, desk, and air conditioning. The ensuite bathroom features two washbasins, a toilet, and walk-in shower.

The adjacent bedroom on this level is a twin bunk room. The top bunk includes safety rails, making it perfect for young children. This room also has a large window.

Next to the bunk room is a bathroom with a washbasin, sink, small bath and shower.

Making your way further down the hall is a modern and fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, generous countertop space and a four-seater breakfast bar overlooking the main dining area.

The dining room seats eight guests and is outfitted with a ceiling fan overhead and a built-in fireplace for chilly out of season evenings.

A lounge with two comfortable sofas is located alongside the dining area, and the two rooms are separated by timber-framed French doors that lead out to the beautiful sunny patio and garden.

Upstairs / First Floor
A wooden staircase next to the open plan area leads upstairs to a landing with a desk, two more double bedrooms and one triple room.

The first room on the left is the triple room which includes one twin bed that pulls out to make a double and has a single sofa bed.

Next door to this room is another double bedroom with a wardrobe and air conditioning.

The third bedroom on this level has a double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with a washbasin, bidet, toilet, and bathtub shower.

Doors on either side of this bathroom allow the ensuite to be shared with the other two rooms on this floor.Lower level:

Follow the stairs down to the basement to find a relaxing chill-out room with a sofa.

BEDROOMS:Bedroom 1 – Ground floor – double bed, wardrobes, ensuite bathroom A/C.
Bedroom 2 – Ground floor – twin bunk beds. Fan if required.
Bedroom 3 – 1st floor – single bed, additional pull-out bed & sofa bed A/C. Fan if required.
Bedroom 4 – 1st floor – double bed, wardrobe, A/C.
Bedroom 5 – 1st floor – double bed, wardrobe, optional ensuite bathroom. A/C
Private Garden Suite – a charming suite located in the garden and accessed through a private entrance. The suite has a double bed, sofa, desk, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom area is sectioned off from the rest.

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1 – Ground floor – Ensuite – double washbasins, toilet, walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 – Ground floor – a washbasin, toilet, small bathtub with shower.
Bathroom 3 – 1st floor – Optional ensuite – bath with shower, sink, bidet, toilet.
Bathroom 4 – Garden ensuite – shower, washbasin, toilet, washer/dryer.

Ensuite bathroom 3 is shared with bedrooms 4 & 5.

GARDEN / POOL AREA:
Step out into the garden to a Mediterranean oasis, complete with palms, olive trees and exotic plants.

The covered patio off the house has two egg-shaped swing chairs, which are a great place to relax with a book or sip your morning coffee.

Terracotta tiles encircle the entire property, while a stone wall and abundant foliage add privacy and charm.

Take a dip in the wonderful 8.5m x 4.5m pool, bask in the sun, or cool down in one of the shady alcove seating areas.

The playground located by the pool area is perfect for family games or for children to play.

Guests can also enjoy a game of pool in the entertainment room situated at the rear of the garden.

Whether it’s the large dining table for al fresco meals or the comfortable outdoor lounge seating area, there are plenty of places to chill out and enjoy tranquil surroundings.

Villa Mediterranea is located in the heart of the popular residential area of Mas Mestre with an array of community facilities literally on the doorstep, including a football pitch, public tennis courts and large seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a bar and café area.

It’s only 10 minute drive through beautiful vineyards and mountains to the bustling seaside resort of Sitges with its abundance of boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants, and miles of golden sandy beaches. Barcelona airport is just 30 minutes away.

Car is essential.

In the Summer there is a local bar and restaurant to walk to!

Good to know– Walking distance to Restaurant / bar and cafe open end June to start of September.

– The pool is not fenced and so young children should be supervised at all times.
– Sitges and the coast are a 10-minute drive.
– The nearest supermarkets are a 5 minute drive.
– Although a local bus and taxi service is available, we recommend having access to a car to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.

We had great stay with family at this Spanish home. The kids really enjoyed the backyard even though it was a little too cold to swim. It was a very private setting in a neighborhood restaurants
