With 2 miles of sand to explore and the South West Coast Path right on your doorstep, you''ll be able to spend your days relaxing on the sand, or exploring the picturesque trail soaking in seaside bliss.

Enjoying an elevated position of the fifth floor, the views of the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling windows are truly breathtaking. The scenery provides a picturesque backdrop for the open-plan living room/kitchen/diner which is filled with natural light and opens out onto the balcony area. Come rain or shine, the wonderful corner sofa is the perfect place to relax, be it with a film, a good book or simply the serene sea view. At the rear of the room is the kitchen and dining area which has been finished to a high standard and ensures you''ll have what you need to cook up a storm. From the entrance hall, you''ll be able to access the two bedrooms which include a king-size bedroom decorated in calming hues with an en-suite and balcony access.
