Beautiful Apartment, couldn’t ask for more

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 3 night stay here (3 adults and 2 kids). Our host Arwen was very accommodating and warm. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, you have everything you could possibly want on your doorstep. The beds were really comfy and a high standard of bedding and towels were provided. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for us all. We can’t wait to return! ☀️

Wonderful low season break

Perfect location in a very stylish and well equipped apartment. Very comfortable beds, powerful showers, great views from the balcony. Estepona was a lovely town with so many flowers and great restaurants. We would love to return one day.

Beautiful and well situated apartment

What can we say? A super apartment with views to die for and situated just a few minutes' stroll from lots of excellent restaurants, shops and bars. And Estepona's pretty streets decked with flowers are a joy to see. Our contact took us to the free underground parking spot and then led us to the apartment building which looks directly over the beach. Stunning views from the third floor! And wrap around balconies with a variety of seating from which to soak up the scenery and people watch. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. A great kitchen area but lacking in a few basics we are accustomed to finding in holiday properties, such as oil, salt, pepper or a welcome pack of milk, juice, bread, butter and preserves. Similarly the bathrooms are beautifully fitted. The en suite doesn't have a loo, that is found in the corridor outside. You will also need to bring your own shower gel and shampoo. All in all a superb place to stay...a bit of building work going on in the apartment below didn't spoil our enjoyment and should soon be completed. We certainly will want to return!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the location is second to none for beach access, ocean views and old town access. We spent a lot of time on our balcony people watching and enjoying the views. Everything worked well in the unit although we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven. My only problem was the layout of the bathrooms. It’s a bit funky with one full bathroom accessed through the hallway. The other bathroom is en-suite but only has a shower and sink. The second toilet is tucked away in what appears to be a small closet of the hallway. We managed fine but we would have preferred at least one full en-suite bathroom. Overall great place

Amazing property

We had the best time! It’s the greatest location right on the beach in central old town Estepona. Communication was great, and we even accidentally locked ourselves out one day and the owner was there within 5 minutes with a key! There is an elevator, AC in all of the rooms, as well as amazing sea views from all rooms! Comfortable beds and anything you could need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer was a plus for us! Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location and apartment

This location is perfect - beachfront and very close to old town with loads of bars and restaurants in narrow streets. Apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Arwen met us at apartment and nothing was a problem for her. Would highly recommend and we would book again.

lovely apartment on the sea front with two balconies overlook the sea, more that enough utensils for cooking and plenty of towels/sheets etc for your use all very clean would book this apartment again.

A stunning apartment great views

Excellent experience renting, excellent communication and most helpful organising transfers. A shame that Estepona was having a major road refurbishment outside and from 6am the work started. Not something the host could have done anything about. Bad timing for us!

El apartamento esta en primera línea, muy céntrico casco antiguo ,la plaza de garaje es un poco estrecha si llega a estar otro coche aparcado al lado no se si hubiera podido entrar,lo peor fueron las obras de la avenida,no se como lo hacen en verano,y en el piso de arriba también nos tocó obra aunque claro no es culpa del propietario,por lo demás todo perfecto, aire acondicionado genial ,gracia por todo.

Nice apartment

The Apartment is wonderful, the only thing that lets it down is the noise from outside, and the Bar below was especially noisy into the early hours on Friday & Saturday evening. Building work above us and then there was major working outside! We had no water on the 6th June without any notice it finally came on again that evening.

Great Location

Right in the center of town, many good restaurants in walking distance, bakery around the corner. We can highly recommend this flat, it is nicely decorated, everything seemed quite new, the mattress in the largest bedroom is very comfy and it comes with an underground parking space.

Excellent Beach Stay

We had a great time in Estepona at this rental. Opening the doors to the beach every morning and evening and just enjoying it from the balcony is something we are already missing. The home is very comfortable and well located, the beach is clean and welcoming and uncrowded. Parking underground just across the street is a little tight but I managed it with a 5 seat SUV, parking is close so that is great. Overall highly recommend.
