Purple Juniper Àr en uppdaterad och inbjudande halvduplex fyra kvarter till Main Ave. Hemmet vetter mot en solig och lugn kvartergata. Den har en öppen planlösning med ett uppdaterat badrum och kök. Badrummet Àr helkaklat. Köket har bÀnkskivor i granit och Àr utrustat med allt som behövs för att tillverka en flerrÀtters mÄltid eller en enkel smoothie.

Köket och vardagsrummet Àr förbundna med en granitö med tre platser. Ytterligare matplatser pÄ sommaren Àr ett fyra-sittande bord pÄ framdÀck. Sovrummen har en queen size-sÀng i ett rum och tvÄ tvillingar i det andra rummet. Alla sÀngar Àr solida, plysch och bekvÀma. Avdunstningskylning pÄ sommaren ger dessutom lugna nÀtter.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Purple Juniper. The host was on it - proactively reaching out to make sure that we were all set up for our stay. The unit was welcoming, well stocked and in an awesome location. Everything was a short bike ride or walk away!

We had a wonderful, easy stay at the Purple Juniper! The location was great and we could walk to Main St. The house had everything we needed and Victoria was super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host, Victoria went above and beyond to make sure our Halloween getaway went smoothly. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable and fully stocked. You can't beat the location, walkable to all of Downtown Durango's hotspots and also the Animas River Trail. Will definitely stay again!

The Purple Juniper was perfect for our stay in Durango. Walking distance to downtown, parking was easy, in a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Purple Juniper was in a great location. Nice and quiet street within walking distance to Main Street with all the restaurants etc The unit was clean and very comfortable! Had all we needed. Communication with Victoria, the owner, outstanding. The Best we’ve experienced with VRBO rental. Durango a great town with a lot to experience, wished we stayed longer.

The Purple Juniper was a perfect place for us to stay, and we hope to be back! The property is just as described online. The neighborhood is really nice, very quiet at night, and a great place to go for walks with out dog. We enjoyed being able to walk into town.

We loved this duplex! It’s cozy, but great for a family of four, especially if you plan to get out. Bedrooms were great, and communicating with Victoria was easy. She went above and beyond. The best, though, was the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to downtown and a lovely part of Durango. Plus, our pup was super comfortable and enjoyed walks each morning and night. WiFi worked well but was a little shaky when I was on work zooms. We didn’t cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked.

Excellent experience in this cozy, comfy home, located directly in between downtown and Fort Lewis College. Easy 5-minute drive to campus or 5 minute walk to downtown. We were delighted by the cute and quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed from the front deck. Ample on-street parking made it easy to carry bags in and out. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and I really appreciated that the host takes care of the trash and laundry so I don't have to!

Cute Duplex within steps of downtown Durango

Nice home with a spacious backyard conveniently located near downtown Durango. Home Had All the basics provided and had ample sleeping, storage and sitting space. Nice front porch deck to relax and enjoy the green scenery. Victoria the owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to rent her place again in the future!

Beautiful home, easy walk to downtown!

We loved Purple Juniper! It was an easy to everything. The street is quiet and pretty, we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch. The house is spacious and clean. We will definitely look to book here again next time we're back in Durango!

Purple Juniper Downtown Durango

Perfect spot for walking to downtown, charming neighborhood with beautiful gardens. Home was perfect for our needs, very clean and furnished with all we needed for our stay. Host was excellent and communication was the best I have experienced. Would love to come back and stay again.

Perfect stay in Durango

Juniper House was the perfect spot for us for a long weekend in Durango. We could easily walk into town, the nature hike, or coffee. It is in a wonderful neighborhood. The house was just as shown, very clean and comfortable, and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Purple Juniper! The location was perfect. We walked to hiking trails, biking trails, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The space and accommodation was more than expected. Very pet friendly. Our dog refused to leave. She kept running back inside and laying down on the dog bed that was provided. Served in Cameroun, West Africa with the Peace Corps a few decades ago. Returned to wait tables, drive buses and ultimately earned a degree in civil engineering. I moved to Durango in 2005 and worked as Professional Engineer for the county, having the opportunity to learn a lot about the area and work with great people. I chased Buddhism for a long while, having great adventures in the US and abroad, and ultimately found truth in the salvation offered by Jesus Christ. I have the opportunity to share the gospel with those in jails and recovery centers, and continually learn from the women I get to meet. Otherwise, I am learning to garden and enjoying for the first time a flock of chickens, who are so much fun! I love reading and learning and walking pretty much anywhere, even including all around cities on the rare occasions I find myself there.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I love that this duplex is right downtown where guests can park and walk everywhere. While many may drive out for adventures during the day, they can park at night and walk to Main Ave. Others choose to just leave the car completely and walk everywhere - such a great way to decompress and so relaxing. I love that while the home is so central, it also has a quiet, peaceful feel.

Sitting out on the front deck in the Summer with the trees all around feels both connected and secluded. I like that people can come and find all the essentials in a clean, fresh home and completely relax into their time away.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Ideal location. Five-minute walk to the heart of downtown restaurants, shops and historic train. Wonderful front patio overlooking a pedestrian-friendly street. In addition to downtown, the Nature Trail and Sky Steps up to Fort Lewis College are just a few blocks away. The Purple Juniper is an easy launch spot for everything in town and a peaceful place to which to return and relax.
