Amazing rental that was clean and very well stocked.

Great location

This was time at this property. Beautiful view from the 9th floor, easy access to the beach. Great cable TV and fast internet. Well equipped kitchen with high end finishes through out the condo. Plenty of Parking available.

I love this condo. Wish it was more equiped with more kitchen equipment & beach accessories. We had to buy a cooler & every thing else just to be left there since we flew.

Beautiful condo with fantastic location

We loved our stay here, my only ask would have been a vacuum or a broom to pick up sand from the beautiful beach across the street. Otherwise, it could not have been a more perfect place.

Quick weekend getaway

Stay was fair. Cleanliness was ok. Did not leave a lot of supplies (dish detergent, paper towels, etc) so be prepared to bring those yourself. Great location. Appreciated the chairs. Overall a decent stay.

View from the top!

This property is amazing! Clean, convenient and best views in Miramar of the white sand beaches. The patio is spacious and a great spot to watch the sunset. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, linens and even a few games in the cabinet. The decor is fantastic, love all of the nautical touches - thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Very nice decor and beautiful view of the beach. Everything was wonderful except our room was not cleaned yet when we arrived. The owner agreed to an hour later check out which made it ok. Will definitely come back.

Perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The king sized bed was so comfortable that we want the same mattress for home! The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we enjoyed many hours out there having coffee and cocktails. Access to the pool and beach was so easy and the beach chairs and umbrella included with our stay was so great! The location was awesome with great restaurants within walking distance. The walking/biking track running the length of Miramar beach was such a surprise and we used it daily for exercise! We can’t wait to return next year!!

Nice enough condo for our short stay!

The condo was clean and was as described. I would recommend a new living room set to sit on and especially a new sofa bed because it was way too uncomfortable. The patio door wouldn't lock, seemed broken so might want to replace the lock. The master bed was comfy but definitely worn. I would suggest future guests to bring detergent and hand soap for their stay. Overall it was nice enough for our short stay and the distance to the beach was quick and easy.

Breathtaking

Wife and I visited from Dallas our second year in a row, and the condo unit 905 exceeded our expectations. Debbie has taken great pride in her property, and it's beautiful. We stayed at Leeward Key in 2020, in the same floorplan but two floors below. The floorplan is perfect, and the ocean view was even more spectacular two floors above. We will return annually (or more) and always stay at Leeward Key - the entire property is maintained to perfection, and we've now enjoyed two stays in different units, both of which were breathtaking. Well done, Debbie!

Beautiful view as always at Leeward Key but not clean

We stay at Leeward Key almost every year. We like the area and the beautiful views, but this condo was disappointing. Floors were not clean and we had to vacuum and mop the whole condo. Hair in shower. One glass door was not clean. Skillets terrible. Hot water issues in sinks.

The condo was in a great location. The view is breathtaking. We were a little worried about staying across the street from the beach, however the speed limit on the street is 25 mph and the cars yield to pedestrians. The sound from the street was not an issue at night. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed and had a basic starter kit for dishes and paper towels. The master bed is super soft, which I loved. My husband had a hard time getting used to it, but he did sleep in the second bedroom one night which was a firmer bed and liked it better. Captain Dave’s and Kenny’s D’s were next door which was nice for quick walking distance dinners. We did come with a group of families and we all had wagons. We were worried about the tents on the beach, however rules say as long as they are under 45 inches it’s ok. Only complaint about the beach access is there’s no ramp so my husband had to carry the cooler, tent and beach wagon down a few flight of stairs everyday - overall not a big deal. The pool overlooking the beach was great and heated! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Will not rent this unit again

When first arrived water on floor outside guest bath. Thought cleaning crew had just left & floor not dry. Turns out both toilets stopped up. Plumber came and found bars of soap had been thrown in both toilets. Cleaning crew should be replaced. Property needs updating. Obviously owners do not come often. Unit smelled of mold & mildew. Area around air vent in kitchen moldy & an area in master bath shower looks moldy as well. Sofa & especially love sear are so uncomfortable & sags - need replacing. Master bed squeaky when you get in & out of bed. Overall worst unit I’ve stayed in at Leeward Keys & I have been staying there for years & we rent units there at least 3 times a year.
