Mycket eftertraktade Leeward Key 3: e våningen enhet med direkt utsikt över gulfen! "Gigi's Ocean View" har varit en uthyrningsenhet sedan 2008 och ligger i vackert skick. Helt nya apparater i rostfritt stål har lagts till såväl som nymålade väggar från juli 2019. 'Gigi's Ocean View' har lagt helt nya våningssängar till det andra sovrummet för att göra detta till en mysig semestermål för din familj. Gigi håller fortfarande på att dekorera och lägga till sina personliga detaljer så håll dig uppdaterad!

Leeward Key är en av de få Destin-fastigheterna med pool och toaletter på stranden. Denna strandpool har utomhusduschar och wifi. Det finns en extra pool på norra sidan av condo byggnaden, som har utomhus gas BBQ grillar. Det har också en onsite fitnessanläggning och mellanmål / dvd-automater och 2 hissar som servar sina 12 våningar.

Denna enhet har alla plattor i kök / matsal / vardagsrum. Master Suite & vardagsrummet har en vacker utsikt över gulfen som att skämma bort dig själv. Det andra sovrummet har en full över full våningssäng med en annan tvilling över dubbla våningssäng. Båda rummen har eget badrum. Vardagsrummet har en ny 60-tums smart-tv med Bluray-spelare, medan båda sovrummen har sina egna 55 'nya smarta tv-apparater också.

We had an amazing trip, everything was perfect!

The condo had a perfect setup for our needs. We had 4 teenage girls with my wife and I. We all loved the easy beach access and the pool! Jackie was so easy to work with and was very helpful.

Great Get Away

The location is terrific. The ocean view is amazing and there are great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the beach and the access to the beach chairs and umbrella. The property was well equipped and had some nice personal touches. We had great communications with the property manager as well.

Beautiful Beach Condo!!

We stayed at “Gigi’s Ocean View” condo at Leeward Key from 5/12/24 to 5/17/24. We have been vacationing in Destin since the 1980’s and this by far is our favorite place. We will definitely be back. The condo was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The beach set up was a great perk. The beachside pool was wonderful. Our host, Jackie was very helpful with any questions we had. Our stay was fantastic.

Great spot and really nice condo

Condo was in great condition! Great location, easy beach access, and simple check in/check out procedures. Owner was very quick to respond and assist as necessary. Totally worth the investment!

Leeward key is our favorite place to stay in mIramar beach! Jackie was great to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of! My kids loved the bunk bed room!

A little bit of paradise

Loved our stay! Spacious, clean and modern condo right across the street from the beach. It comfortably slept 4 teens and 2 adults. Two pools and private beach access. Two chairs and umbrella included on the beach. Beach and ocean were amazing. We will be back!

Great Condo

We really loved this property. Leeward Key is an excellent location with great amenities. The unit was decorated beautifully. It has been updated and looks even better than the pictures. It is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Great views from the balcony and the MBR window. I have stayed in the Destin area about 15 times and this condo was one of the best, highly recommended!

Perfection in Destin

This condo is gorgeous and directly across from the beach with private access gate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are very large & the bathrooms too. The finishings are first class. The owner was very responsive & helpful when I messaged a few times (I asked about renting bicycles and I also did not print parking passes before we arrived - oops!!). This is by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. Will definitely be back!!
