Yes we enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Most likely the cleanest rental I have stayed at in Destin. Been going there for over 10 years.

Great Condo

I have repeatedly stayed at Leeward Key. This is a very nice condo. Our only problem was we couldn’t stream on the televisions and repeatedly requested help and the problem was never solved. We finally just gave up calling since there was no effort to help.

Great location

Location was terrific. Right across from the beach access. Chair/umbrella service was a great bonus. Parking was never a problem. The condo was stocked as advertised. Place was clean and bright. Not a single issue when we were there for our Girls Week. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect view and heated pool!!

Saw many dolphins right out of our windows and patio! Kids loved the heated pool. Beach access is perfect and easy to get to. We have stayed in Miramar for the last 5 vacations. This unit is by far our favorite!

A+++ property. Clean. Easy access. Private beach area. Ac works great. Nice update TVs. Kitchen stocked with needed items for cooking. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels. Will be back! For future guests make sure you understand you can only access the condo parking lot from Scenic Gulf Dr not through Emerald Bay Gate. GPS wanted to take us that way every time. There are only stairs down from the pool deck down to the beach so if you can’t do stairs or if you’re bringing a cooler or wagon keep this in mind.

Beach lover’s heaven!

Leeward Key 705 was perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, as well as ideal location overlooking the gorgeous beach. Some local restaurants close enough to walk, but overall, regular use of a car is necessary.

Great Place to Stay

The condo had all the accommodations that we needed to make our stay perfect. The two best things were the balcony with the beautiful view of the beach/ocean, and the beachside pool. An added nicety was having the two beach chairs and umbrella for our daily use. The beach attendant was very accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed the condo and the location was central to everything. We stayed for 2 weeks. When I had a concern or question the communication was prompt and helpful. The condo and building were very clean. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have more hangers. My only other complaint would be the air ventilation in the workout room. I was impressed with the equipment but the airflow was hit or miss. More fans or at least have the fan not on a motion sensor so it can run continuously. Would recommend the condo and property to other for sure.

This unit was great. It was in a great location to everything we needed and wanted to do. We didn’t use the pool this day, but having a pool with a beach view was great! We hope to return in the spring!
