Treat yourselves to some time in this boutique getaway with stunning views over Nice’s marina. With its huge windows and high ceilings, this stylish apartment is flooded with light. This apartment is a rare gem that’ll make for the perfect base for your stay on the French Riviera.
Neighbourhood
This rental apartment is on one of the mainPortside streets. With the great views, this is a popular street for well-regarded restaurants, bars and nightlife for a more reserved clientele. The local food store and other shops are accessible through the building courtyard.
With the Port right on your doorstep, the beach and Old Town are within a very pleasant 12 minute stroll around Rauba Capeu. There are excellent local shops and a supermarket on the surrounding streets.
Walking distance (5 minutes) from the swimming rocks which have more secluded small beaches for swimming in crystal water, away from the lively main Nice beaches. These are near La Reserve a superb Michelin restaurant overlooking the sea with a rooftop champagne bar. Le Plongeoir is an impressive yet lower-key restaurant perched on a rock in the sea.
If you want to explore further afield, public transport is readily available. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and the Riquier train station is a 15 minute walk away. Should you wish to bring a car, we can organise access to a car parking spot in one of the underground parkings (just 10 mins walk away from the apartment).
Building
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a modern building with a small lift (a pushchair could be squeezed in). There is one step outside to access the building (not wheel-chair friendly).
The apartment itself enjoys double-glazed windows, and access to pa private balcony where you can enjoy al fresco breakfasts or aperitifs as you watch the boats navigate in and out of the marina.
Living Area
The open-plan living room is beautifully decorated with modern furniture, a comfortable sofa, and two cozy armchairs.
Large windows open up to the stunning views of the marina, allowing plenty of natural light to flood the room.
A charming dining table with space for up to four, is positioned by the windows, offering a perfect spot for meals while enjoying the scenic views.
A flat-screen TV stands in the corner, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The room enjoys its own AC unit, and is connected to the open kitchen.
* The sofa can also be transformed into a double 150cm bed. This property can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Please note there is an additional charge for sofa bed linen & towels in order to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
Kitchen
The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and appreciate a well-designed, functional space with the added bonus of breath-taking views. It includes a full range of appliances such as stovetop, microwave, half-refrigerator, and coffee machine. All necessary utensils and cookware are provided to make your cooking experience enjoyable.
Guests can enjoy their morning coffee or a quick meal at the cozy breakfast bar.
Bedroom
The serene bedroom is designed to provide guests with a restful retreat - featuring a plush king-sized bed (160cm) with high-quality linens, soft pillows, bed side tables and lamps.
There is a spacious closet with ample storage for clothing and personal items, ensuring guests have plenty of space to unpack and settle in.
Additional amenities included are a full-length mirror, perfect for getting ready, soft curtains to ensure a dark, restful environment for sleeping and a safe to securely store personal items.
Bathrooms & WC
The stylish green bathroom comes complete with a spacious walk-in shower, rainfall shower head and convenient bench seating.
There is also a toilet, sizable vanity unit with a wide basin, and storage space for toiletries.
A washing machine is also located here, for all laundry needs.
