Elegance, comfort and exclusivity in one of the most sought-after areas in the north of Madrid
The Bernabeu Exclusive apartments are located in the heart of ChamartĂn, one of the most trendy districts in the north of the capital thanks to its distinguished gastronomic offer; important streets such as Paseo de la Castellana, PrĂncipe de Vergara and Paseo de La Habana; also the world-renowned Santiago BernabĂ©u stadium, training base of Real Madrid.
This area also has outdoor spaces such as BerlĂn Park, the Garden of Fine Arts and Alfonso XIII Park; imposing and modern office buildings such as the financial centre of the four towers.
Its strategic location allows for a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to the bus interchange at Plaza de Castilla, which also has metro lines 9, 10 and 1 (direct to Gran VĂa).
It is also close to ChamartĂn station, with regional and commuter train lines.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 8 people is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
Its comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV, and decorative elements that make the space a place to enjoy at any time of the day.
The apartment has a modern independent American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances.
It has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed, and one of them also has a cosy private balcony. The accommodation also has two modern full bathrooms and a toilet, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The property has internet access and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Refurbishment works will be carried out inside the property until the end of the year.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the beginning of June, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
