Welcome to your new home near the Parque de la Emperatriz MarĂa de Austria, a peaceful green space perfect for walks and enjoying nature in Madrid. This studio is ideal for a stay, with capacity for up to 2 people.
It features a double bed in a loft and a kitchen area equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and feel at home. The living area, where youâll find a television, is designed to make the most of the space, offering you comfort during your stay. It also includes a TV in this area for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The apartment has a split air conditioning system for heating and cooling, so you stay comfortable all year round. Additionally, towels and shampoo gel are provided so you can travel light.
Located just 1 minute from the metro stop, this apartment is an ideal place to make Madrid your home. Please note it is on a basement level (-1) and has been recently renovated to maximize space.

HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest metro station is Abrantes, just 125 metres away.Transit stop Plaza ElĂptica is a 12-minute walk away.The nearest garage is: Garaje Parking, C. Julia Nebot, 4 to 15 minutes walk away.If you come by car, you can park for free in the surroundings of the apartment, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to go and where to park.
