Efter 20 års hyra från andra, tog vi det bästa från platser som vi gillade och omsorgsfullt sätta den i vår. Vi började med en bekväm vardagsrum där alla gäster kan koppla av. Vårt kök är välfylldt och har moderna apparater. Varje säng är bekvämt. Däcket är fantastiskt. Det är ett stort hus för flera familjer att dela. Det är inte bara bekvämt till stan, det är i stan; gå till allt. Lämna upp till 4 bilar i uppfarten.
* Bekväm tillgång till Whiteface Ski Area, High Peaks Wilderness, Great fishing och världsklass golf. Det är en 5 minuters promenad till övergångsområdet Iron Man och på cykelbanan.
* Uppkörningsparkering för upp till 4 fordon (vi har lyckats med 6)
* 5 sovrum Håll upp till 10 personer; fyra queen sängar och en mysig dubbel
* Sängkläder och kuddar tillhandahålls

Amazing perfect location to stay on Lake Placid

This house is stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly quiet. It’s in a perfect location, just a short and easy walk to Main Street and the Olympic Center. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it by an extra day! The owners were beyond accommodating and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Lake Placid Perfection

Great for our large group. Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, updated, and clean. Plenty of seating in the living areas. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. We appreciated the well designed entry way as it was mud seadon when we visited.

This was our second stay at this lovely home in Lake Placid. It is perfect for us in every way. The location is excellent - a very easy walk into town and close to Whiteface Mountain. We will definitely return.

This is a lovely, cosy an...

This is a lovely, cosy and well kept house with all the amenities and atmosphere of an alpine home. My girlfriends and I were thrilled to find such comfortable, affordable and conveniently located accommdations to stay at during a shopping weekend in Lake Placid. I look forward to bringing my family to stay here on my next visit.

Highly recommended

This is our second time staying at this house. The overall experience is wonderful. Very clean place, supplied with everything one might need on vacation. Good location, close to the center. The owners are pleasant and maintain good contact, always ready to answer questions.

Perfect location!

The house was a short walk to Main Street. Perfect location. The house itself was great for our family! The owners were very quick to reply to any questions we had. We even locked ourselves out of the house and Brock came to rescue us in 5 minutes! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!!!

Al and Pat är värd

Two families who enjoy the outdoors and still, after16 years of co-ownership, love each other. Our house is a great base for outdoor activities: hiking, kayaking, cycling, running, lake swimming, skiing (dh & xc) snowshoeing, climbing (out of bed), fishing, shopping, golf .... all nearby. Collectively, we've traveled the US and abroad but we do the 6+ hour drive to the Adirondacks routinely and have been doing so for over 30 years. For us, there's no other place like it.

Initially, it was location, location, location, price and potential for a great place to bring family, friends and guests. Today, it's still about location but it's potential has been realized. Our ratings, all 90 plus as of this writing, speak for themselves.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It's not just convenient to town, it's in town. Lake Placid Village center is a 5 minute walk. It's comfortable and roomy without being cavernous. Priced to be an amazing deal for multiple families. Like to cook? You'll love our kitchen. Park your car, your sister's, brother's and mothers cars (5) and forget about them. Did I mention bowling (never been).....right up and around the corner. Foodie restaurants and great drinks in rolling/walking distance. And then there's something else seldom mentioned by other owners: we have the very best property manager in Lake Placid; seldom seen but there if you ever need him.
