The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.

On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
