Under de senaste sju Ären har min familj och jag kallat denna lÀgenhet vÄrt hem för sommaren.  Det har varit vÄr flykt frÄn stress och arbete och skola, och njut av livet i vÄr egen takt.  Och nÀr vi flyttar till ett annat hem i detta underbara samhÀlle, vill vi ha möjlighet att dela vÄr lÀgenhet med dig.  Om du behöver en stranddag Àr du en kort 4-minuters bilresa bort.  Om du vill dra nytta av samhÀllets utvÀgliknande erbjudanden Àr du aldrig mer Àn 100 meter frÄn gemenskapens pool, bryggan för en kajakresa pÄ White's Creek eller den 9 hÄls professionella underhÄllna golfbanan. LÀgenheten Àr perfekt för familjesemestrar, strand- och / eller golfutflykter, flickor / killar helger, shoppingturer etc.!

BekvÀmligheterna pÄ hotellet inkluderar ett fullt utrustat kök, gratis Wi-Fi, 5 plattskÀrms-TV med högupplöst skÀrm, in-screened veranda, utemöbler, spel, tillgÄng till Àgarens kajak, med utsikt över bukten och golfbanan.  GÀsterna mÄste tillhandahÄlla alla sÀngklÀder inklusive lakan och handdukar.  Linne kan erbjudas pÄ begÀran.

Detta utrymme inkluderar vÀlvda tak med interiör med kusttema.  I vardagsrummet finns en soffa med utkanten av sÀngen, en soffa och HD-TV.  Det finns en skjutbar glasdörr som förbinder vardagsrummet med den möblerade avskÀrmade bakre verandan med uteservering och utsikt över vattnet.  Matsalen har ett bord och sittplatser för 6 till 8 personer bekvÀmt.

Fullt utrustat kök med kaffebryggare, Keurig, brödrost och mixer.  TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek ligger i en garderob som ligger intill köket.  Köket har ett annat bord som rymmer 4 personer.

Cozy little place in a great neighborhood.

Very clean and cozy little condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great for a small family or two! We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. It was an easy drive to the beach and area restaurants and activities. Perfect place for our family with comfortable beds and a clean space. We enjoyed the pool, golf, kayaking and quietness. The hosts were responsive and very helpful! Definitely would stay here again.

Beach with the Brothers

This property is perfect for multiple families. Check in and communication with the Host was super. There is nice personal space as well as shared space. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating in. If eating out is part of your plan, there are several restaurants a short drive away. The pool is well maintained. There are nice chairs, umbrellas and pool noodles for your use.

Ocean View

It was a roomy 4 bedroom condo with 3 fulls baths. It has all the amenities of home with full kitchen and laundry. The unit was very clean with ice cold AC. It also has a screened in porch with furniture. The owners left a guide book for food and activities and the pool, hot tub, tennis, and golf course are right next to the unit. Overall it was great.

Plenty of room for our family

Great place! Pool was excellent and a short walk from the condo. Beach was an easy drive away with a great boardwalk and shops/restaurants. We drove to Delaware Shores State Park about 15 mins away and loved that beach as well.

Lovely property!

Our stay was terrific! Owners helped us out immensely with local recommendations. Property is beautiful with a super clean pool with lots of chairs and loungers. We loved it! Shuffleboard was included along with a kayak. The kids loved it! Condo includes a beach wagon and chairs. Bonus!!!!! The condo was perfect for us-washer and dryer and three bathrooms! Highly recommend!

July 4th

Everything was as advertised. I had a little trouble locating kayak paddles but that was my fault because if I looked in the pamphlet they left, it actually shows the kayak and describes the paddles, I was looking at the wrong kayak when I went down to the kayak launch and the right one was there with paddles the whole time. The community was nice and quiet and had very nice views from balcony.

Our Wonderful & Fun Family Beach Vacation

Very nice condo! Everything was clean and welcoming for our family. Our two younger granddaughters loved having their own room upstairs. It was very spacious, with room for all of us. Wes was very accommodating to us.

Beautiful home, lovely property

Condo was exactly as stated plus more! Fully equiped kitchen ready for anything your fmauly would need. All bedrooms were spacious. Immaculant. It would just be pickey if I said anything negative. Drive to beach eas fine, 15 mins. Once you know the traffic pattern and parking situation no issues. Parked close to beach. 3-4 min walk from car to beach spot.

Condo just a short drive from the beach

Great place with lots to do close by . Gorgeous pool and water front view of bay with kayak for exploring if you find the time with everything else going on in such a busy area 10 out of 10 would recommend

Enjoyable

While our stay at the condo was enjoyable When we first enterd the Condo there was a musty smell .as if the AC was not turned on . The sofa and the cushions inside and out smelled and looked as if the hadn't been washed .(I understand that after prolong use and wear it hard to get clean.) The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean but it looked like the toilet paper was not replaced . and they only supplied one extra roll for the entirer 3 bathrooms. the kitchen was large and airy and well equipped the washer and dry worked perfectly and were a great addition to our stay. We enjoyed the games the host provided to us as we spent plenty of time after supper playing the games . As you go outside to the balcony expect to be greeted by super hot air as the airconditioning unit is out side on the balcony.At time it was a welcome relief as we couldnt control the A/C in the house . I would recommend this Condo to my family and friends Our issues were small but didnt happer our stay. These could be address by the owners .

Beautiful Experience

The location was ideal for our family getaway. We were able to visit Bethany Beach, Rehobeth, and Ocean City during our stay. The house was pristine and all essentials were readily available. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping options. The owners stayed in communication with us and answered all questions about the property. Excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

Great Unit

Stayed at this unit with some family (6 adults total) for a family reunion. Centrally located for our family reunion events. Three bathrooms & three couples - was great. Washer and dryer in unit - yeah! Screened in porch with view. Even had stairs to help eat up calories from reunion food. Amenities were nearby - pool & golf were less than 2 minute walk. Grocery stores (we went to Giants - be sure to sign up for their value card - we saved over $60 during our stay) less than 10 minute drive. Beach around 20 minute drive. Kayak was maybe a 5 minute walk with launch area right by kayak. Hosts were quick to respond - for issues due to our errors. Would reserve again if ever in that area.

Awesome Week

Property was very clean. We had 7 people and did not feel crowded. Pool was awesome. Property owners were very easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
