Our American Dream - Charming villa close to Siesta Key Beach
Our "American Dream" is centrally located with proximity to restaurants, beaches (Siesta Key Beach and Nokomis Beach), activities, national parks, down town Sarasota and shopping malls. You will love our accommodation as it is renovated, spacious, decorated with love and genuine interest and located in a quiet community with a pool and tennis court. Families, couples and solo adventurers thrive here.
Our home has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a master with a bathroom adjacent. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with shower and toilet, as well as a vanity with a sink. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped and next to it there is both a washing machine and dryer. The living room has high ceilings, which gives a lovely space. Here you will find good seating facilities, TV, dining table and space for two extra beds.
There is also a patio that is screened. It is furnished with a table with 4 chairs and a small two-seater sofa.
For best experience we provide towels, bed linen, beach chairs and toys. Very welcome!

We are Sandra and Valle and we have owned this wonderful home since 2016. We live in Sweden where we have a farm out in the country. We have 3 dogs and a bunch of chickens that lay wonderfully good eggs. When we are not on our nice farm, we like to be in Sarasota and vacation. We are longing for sun, swimming, warmth and good food as well as socializing with our American friends.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Village des Pins is a safe area that has everything you could want. It has a pool, spa and tennis courts and it is close to both Siesta Key Beach and Nokomis Beach which are both wonderful beaches. It is close to most things you could wish for in the form of restaurants, national parks, harbor and boating and of course good golf.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We have decorated our villa in European style. It has high ceilings, new AC, is renovated and fresh. In addition to the usual offerings, it also offers beach towels, toys, and beach chairs.
