Very comfortable and well equipped Apartment

Great location to train station and metro. That apartment very comfortable and clean. The amenities are great also. The rooms are very quiet and dark for sleeping.

Ideal for business

I stayed in Gabriela's appartment during the Mobile World Congress; the apartments is great to acces to the FIRA, very well conected to main atractions, in the city center! I'd highly recomend this place!

Very nice property in a great location

Clean and spacious apartment. Great location. 5-7 min walking to the Plaza España and Sants metro stations. From these stations you can get to all of Barcelona. Graciela was very helpful and gave us many tips to enjoy our stay.

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in Graciela's comfortable apartment. She was very responsive to email before we arrived and personally met us (with her adorable daughter) to show us around the place. The apartment is conveniently located - easy to get to the metro or find a taxi - and very quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The beds are very comfy as well!

Quaint and comfortable

Great location! Easy to get to bus, Metro, food was right there from grocery to bakery to dine in within a block. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated the tips and help in the book and in person when we arrived. It was a perfect place for three of us to stay.

Modern Apartment, Centrally Located

Excellent!!

Grace, did an excellent job in putting us in a beautiful apartment. The complex and grounds were well mantained. The activity in complex was quiet, neighbors helpful. Grace was very responsive to all our needs, and made our stay enjoyable!!

Everything you need to enjoy Barcelona

Great location. 4 blocks to the Arena and Place D'espanya. Close to several metro stops. Cafes and grocery stores close. Half a block from Joan Miri park. Spotless, modern apartment. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. Graciela gave us all the information we needed for a great stay

convenient location, well maintained property

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was around the corner from a shopping mall and some pretty good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and in excellent shape. The beds were very comfortable although one bedroom was quite small. Great kitchen will all the amenities you could use. It had a bath tub that would be appropriate for children but too small for adults!! If in Barcelona we would consider staying here again.

Well located, clean and wonderful reception.

We absolutely loved the apt. It was well located could walk to many different restaurants, catch on and off tour bus. Graciela the manager was absolutely lovely, on time to open the apt and welcome us. She graciously had every detail in place even bottle of wine and typical area Spanish sausage as a welcome gift. Graciela was also giving us tips where to visit and left a book with all the suggestions or questions in regards to the apt. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making it a great stay.

Beautiful appartment

We spent one week in this lovely appartment with our 3 children (6 to 15 years old). The appartment is modern, very well equiped (two bathroom, a kitchen with all equipment to cook) and perfectly clean. You can go to the Ramblas for ten minutes with a car, 15 minutes for the beach. Graciela is a perfect hostess. We'll come back when we return to Barcelone

Great stay in Barcelona

We were two couples who stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. It was well situated for access to the metro and train station. It was also easy to walk to most places. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Although for people who prefer to wash the few dishes we used by hand, rather than use the dishwasher, we couldn't find dish soap. Otherwise everything was great. In fact we left a hat behind and the owner will arrange to return it to us.

Very nice apartment in excellent location

Our family of four adults stayed at this property for three nights and all concerned thought it was an excellent choice. The location close to the Plaza Espana is prime for fine dining and shopping. Just a short walk to fine museums and plenty of people watching. The subway stop is convenient and easy to navigate to get to other parts of town. Our hostess, Graciela, was both knowledgeable and thoughtful. She welcomed us at the scheduled time and was quite competent in describing both the apartment and the attractions in the surrounding area. I would highly recommended this apartment for a party of four or less. It would actually be quite crowded if six people stayed at the same time.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Barcelona

Graciela was an attentive hostess. The apartment was immaculate and she provided all the essentials. There was milk, water, soft drinks, coffee, tea and a lovely bottle of wiine. She was a text away to answer any questions. The apartment is ideally located with a lovely neighborhood park just a block away. We found wondeful places to eat and we were just blocks from the metro. It was very easy to travel throughout the city. We enjoyed a cafe called L'Impression around the corner for breakfast every morning. And the Indian restaurant, Tandoor, just across the street was very good. Thanks Graciela for a wonderful and comfortable retreat!

The apartment was quite and clean! Perfection!

We were a group of 4 women who had a wonderful visit to Barcelona and we truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment on the 4th floor (had an elevator and air conditioning). The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We had long days touring the city so we enjoyed the quite nights for sleeping. There was a small convenience store right across the street which was useful. The apartment is an easy walk to the Barcelona Sants train station as well as to the Magic Fountain/Olympic village area. We took a taxi (about 10 euros for 4 people) into the Gothic area of the city almost every day. Thank you again, Graciela!

Very comfortable, well located apartment!

We had a great time in this apartment in Barcelona! The apartment is modern, very bright with windows in every room (including the bathroom) and very well furnished, including a large kitchen. The beds are very comfortable :-) It is in a quiet part of the town and we appreciated a quiet night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The metro is just a short walk away and literally couple of stops to all the key sights. There is also a nice grocery store right around the corner, and a wonderful bakery! Graciela was wonderful in providing directions and getting us acquainted with the city. She was at the apartment to welcome us and helped us get situated. I would recommend this apartment to families, especially with smaller children. We had a very comfortable time, and look forward to visiting again soon!

Wonderful host & beautiful apartment

We (total family of 5) were warmly greeted by our host, Graciela, with welcome wine (tall glasses too) and a huge fruit basket that we couldn't finish eating on our final 4th day of stay. The apartment was clean, spacious (kitchen in particular with full cooking utensils), nicely decorated, and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the city. Recommendations of dining, sightseeing, city directions etc were provided in full detail. We were very well looked after by our host from the day of arrival to the last day of departure (we were staying at another hotel for the last 2 nights). Graciela went all the way to help us reserving a taxi taking us to the airport to ensure we have a safe flight home to Hong Kong. This is definitely a 4+star hospitality. One minor area can be improved on is the wifi system which was a bit poor during our stay.

Pleasant Stay

We (two adults and two children) spent 4 days in this nice apartment in the end of August. Graciela, the hostess, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She welcomed us with wine, water, milk and fruits. She also gave us recommendations on sightseeing, restaurants etc. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area, 5 minutes from the nearest metro station and around 10 minutes walking from Plaça Espanya, where there is a big shopping mall, including a supermarket and many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. The apartment is specifically suitable to families as it contains two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another advantage of the apartment for a summer vacation is the central air conditioning, which operated very well. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely, quiet apartment in a good location

This modern apartment in a mostly residential area is on the top (fifth) floor and overlooks a large, bright courtyard area. It is very comfortable and nicely appointed. Most importantly, perhaps, it is very quiet at night. The neighborhood is not as active as the Old City/La Ribera/Raval, so if you're interested in hanging out in those places and having more of night life, you'll likely be taking the Metro to them, which is quick and easy (there are 3 lines within a 7 minute walk, trains came about every three minutes). It's also about a 20 minute walk to La Rambla. It is possible to walk to Montjuic and the Estacio Sants is 10 minutes away, if you want to take any day trips out of the city (we went to Sitges for a day). Joan Miro Parc is a minute away and very pleasant. We loved the Zarautz restaurant, about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Graciela is a delightful host -- she was easy to contact and greeted us in the apartment with a bottle of wine and some fruit that was very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

We were two couples staying for a week. Prior to arrival we had excellent communications with the host and help in arranging a car from the airport upon arrival was a plus. The location is truly excellent for walking everywhere or using the Metro. We did a lot of walking and found the location great to get to Las Rambla and the Gaudi Houses. It is also a simple walk to the main train station for our day trips. There are some really nice neighborhood bars and we often simply sat outside with tapas and wine in the area of the apartment. For an over the top meal, cab to the Michelin 2-Star ABaC. It is worth the effort and the cost. There are no negatives about our stay. I would encourage owner to beef up the internet/wifi. Even when on holiday there is a need to keep in touch these days and the internet was sporatic and slow. But on the whole, we would not hesitate to return to this apartment and it met all of our needs.
