Nice 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of Block C in the Skol Building, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants, and all the cityÂŽs services so the car is not necessary. This West-facing apartment has seaside views and afternoon sun.
This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa-bed for 2 guests and doors to the terrace with exterior table with chairs and seaside views. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, electric hob & microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. Bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe to accommodate your belongings. Bathroom with shower over the bath.

With views across the Mediterranean to the Rif Mountains of Morocco and a selection of stylish beach bars at which to enjoy a relaxing drink, it is a particularly attractive way to watch the world go by. Furthermore, Marbella has an extraordinary selection of beachfront properties along the seafront.
Stretching from the eastern fringe of Marbella town to Puerto BanĂșs, this stylish walkâknown as the Paseo MarĂtimoâoffers the chance to take exercise in an elegant setting. Of course, the concept of a seafront promenade is not something confined to Marbella aloneâindeed, most of the towns and cities on the Costa del Sol have one, even if few equal Marbellaâs for style and eleganceâbut now an ambitious project to link them all as part of a 50-kilometer long promenade is well underway.
