A spacious lounge with sofa, armchairs, tv and well-stocked bookshelves means you have somewhere to relax after a day spent exploring beautiful Cornwall. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on this floor too.
The upstairs features 4 bedrooms; 3 doubles and a single and a large family bathroom with bath and shower.
A patio and garden area with seating offers the chance to dine al fresco and is a real sun trap.

Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration of those with allergies.

There is a parking space on the premises.
Can we use the property for a party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and weâre very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. Theyâre very friendly and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
