The Estuary Apartment is a newly refurbished property in Broughty Ferry. Cornering Brook Street & Castle Street you find yourself right next to Broughty Ferry beach for a truly scenic stay. Make yourself at home inside this very cosy, very comfortable holiday home and truly relax in a property that has been designed around you.

Entertainment - Enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on the 40" TV with Freeview and an active Netflix account, providing entertainment at your fingertips
Fully Equipped Kitchen - prepare your favorite meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a 4-ring electric hob, oven, grill, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge freezer.
Fresh Linen and Towels - Rest easy with fresh linen and towels provided for a worry-free stay
Luxurious Shower - Pamper yourself in the stunning walk-in shower with a double base, offering a touch of luxury to your daily routine
Open plan living area - Comfortable lounge area with separate dining table
Pet friendly: Two small, well behaved dogs welcome - please advise us of this beforehand.
Parking options are available for your convenience. Complimentary parking can be found on both Brook Street and Castle Street, ensuring that you can easily access your vehicle. Additionally, free parking by the beach is just a short 2-minute walk away, providing even more options for hassle-free parking.
