20 Stars!!!!!

I am local and have stayed at a variety of rentals up and along the coast. I have to say this was probably the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with the cleanliness was on point. That's very hard to do when you have a house that's so close to the beach with sand, etc.Secondly the home was very comfortable, and the views are absolutely amazing! Stocked so well to make meals in. Back patio was a perfect spot for us to set up cornhole, etc. I dropped an expensive bracelet down the bathroom sink. The owner graciously opened the bottom drain and retrieved it within minutes! SO kind. Our family would 100 percent rent this house again.

Wonderful and a quick walk to the beach!

There were 7 of us staying. 3 sets of adults and two children. We all had our own place to sleep and great common areas to spend time in. We wish it would have been stocked a little more with necessities (coffee, flour, sugar) but perhaps it’s typical not to. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets!We would come back in the future!

Wonderful family vacation!

We have stayed in lots of rentals and this one was by far the best stocked with tons of silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and towels! It was very clean and worked out amazing for our family trip!

Beautiful house

Our family stayed at the house for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is right next to the beach, which led to some great surf days. Also, the house had everything we needed to have a great weekend.

Beachy get away

Morro bay is a beautiful place! This property was perfect for our family get away! It was a short walk to the beach. The deck was the perfect place for us to all hangout. The living room and kitchen area were great as well.

Mother's Day Celebration

What a perfect home to share with a large group of people. The layout is open and spacious; with our group of eight, there wasn't a moment where we felt we were getting in each other's way. And the location being in a pleasant residential area just off the beach is perfect. I keep saying perfect, but that's exactly what each one of my family members expressed: "This is perfect. Good job on finding this for us" Looking forward to our next stay.

Great Stay in Morro Bay!

We were at the house for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a great escape. Loved the location - we went down to the beach a lot. The layout of the house was conducive to our group - the living room area was far enough away from the bedrooms that noise from each space did not impact the others. The house is a bit dated but beds and pillows were comfortable and all locks, windows, handles, etc were functional.

The house was in a great location with a wonderful deck. The master bedroom was really large. The downside was that the decor needed some updating and there were quite a few stains on the carpet in the master bedroom.

Great for larger groups we had 7 adults and do there was plenty of room

Great location, the house was clean and only short drive but walking distance to Morro rock and all the things to do in town. I haven't seen so many sand dollars on the beach since I was a kid. And that was a few decades ago.

Wine country weekend

We have rented several homes in the area for family getaways, this is one of the best. Location, views and space are terrific. We would recommend this house to anyone with children, the deck is perfect for them. The only consideration you need to think about is the checkout time of 10 am. It can be a rush for a larger group as most are 11 am.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

The property is amazing and it was perfect for our family. It is right on the ocean, which we walked on many times. There was plenty of room for the whole family. everyone had an amazing time, and spoke of how much they love this home . Also, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, with very nice linens and the pillows were great. There were also more than enough towels in thr bathrooms. Thanks so much!

Great Family home

We had a wonderful time with our son and family from MI and our son and girlfriend who live in Morro Bay a few blocks from this home. This house has a very comfortable and friendly vibe. It's walking distance to the beach, the views of the ocean, the sunrise and sunset were spectacular. It's an easy ride to SLO, Pismo, Los Osos, and Cuyucos. We would recommend it to a family with teens or any family, and for the way the home is set up.

We had a nice girls trip at this house. Most of the beds were comfy except the twin beds. View from back deck awesome!! Inside not very good air flow as all windows don't open. Could use a fireplace in the back patio

Family Gathering

We enjoyed the property and the location near the beach. The deck was nice and large and the BBQ worked. We liked that the kitchen was large and well stocked. The house was clean and well organized. The garage door was sticky and it wouldn't always open or close, but we managed. The dishwasher is very loud, so we timed it to run when we were out of the house. Otherwise a fun stay and we would come again.

Great Location, Jaded and Unclean House

Great location next to beach in a really quiet and safe part of Morro Bay for our kids. Unfortunately, the house was not as shown in the pictures and had a smell. The trash bin in the kitchen was dirty with old food waste and smelled of mold when the trash bag was removed. Screen doors did not work well. Pillows and comforter smelled in one guest room. Other pillows were old and tatty and uncomfortable. No cleaning was done under beds. This was all too much to report during the stay and we enjoyed our trip, but better options (probably cost more) were available. It just did not have the feel of any kind of love for the place as a rental and instead a money making venture.
