Njut av en avkopplande, sorglös semester. VÄrt nyrenoverade hem med tvÄ vÄningar har ett rymligt stort rum med kokkök, matplats och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet Àr möblerat med en 6 fot soffa och en 42 tums LCD-TV med en Blu-Ray-spelare. TrÀgolv och flera expansiva fönster utsmyckar kÀnslan av utrymme i det stora rummet.

Köket har uppgraderats med bÀnkskivor i granit, diskmaskin frÄn Bosch, ny spis / spisstopp, renoverade skÄp och en ny kökö. Höjdpunkten i det stora rummet Àr en bifogad solrum / uteplats, som har fantastisk utsikt över Morro Strand, vattnet, Morro Rock över hustaken och den berömda solnedgÄngen i Morro Bay. Detta Àr en perfekt plats att luta sig tillbaka och njuta av kvÀllen.


Det finns tvÄ sovrum, plus ett bonusrum som fungerar som ett tredje sovrum. Det finns en king size-sÀng i sovrummet och en queen size-sÀng i det andra sovrummet. Dessutom finns det en bÀddsoffa + rullande sÀng i bonusrummet. BottenvÄningen sovrummet Àr mycket rymligt.

Fotografier av lokala attraktioner (Montana de Oro, Morro Strand, Morro Bay State Park, Paso Robles vingÄrdar, Cayucos, Tolosa Mission och Harmony) dekorerar vÀggarna och ger idéer om platser att besöka. The only thing i noticed when we arrived it did not have a pleasant smell unlived in stagnant like it needed to be aired out. Which we did. We had an amazing vacation.

Anniversary Get Away!

We like to travel to this area and is very dog friendly with a great community! This is our first time staying in Morro Bay and all wanted to walk from the dunes to Cayucos/Morro Stand State Beach which we did in 5.6 miles in about 2 hours taking our time, but we will be coming back to do some Kayaking and this is a wonderful little retreat while having all the creature comforts of home!

For the second time we spent an enjoyable month in this spacious, comfortable, well-equipped house with views of Pacific sunsets. Perfect beach town gateway

This home is absolutely wonderful. The owners take great care of the property. Everything you need is there. You can walk to a grocery store, some restaurants, and even the sandy beach! The hosts are incredibly kind with a folder of local favorites/tips. This is an amazing stay on the central coast!

3-month staycation

We were in need of a summer rental while waiting for a new house and the Dogwood Beach house was perfect for us. The location is great, walking distance to some good restaurants, two parks for kids and the beach. We highly recommend the property for anything from a long weekend at the beach to a long vacation. The house is very comfortable, has a wonderful open main floor plan and is kid friendly. You will enjoy your stay!

Wonderful beach home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The home owners supplied everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for the pets. Even though the heater was not working in the sunroom at the time of our stay, it got warm enough in the afternoon that we could sit in there comfortably and watch the beautiful sunset. The communication with the home owners was great. We would definitely stay here again for our next vacation!

Another great stay at the Dogwood Beach House

This is my second time at the Dogwood Beach House and the experience was fantastic! The house is super comfortable and is very well appointed. Everything was immaculate! The owner, Stephanie is very communicative and helpful. She even has created a booklet/binder with notes about Morro Bay and recommendations for all sorts of experiences. I really, really appreciate the dog friendly attitude! My shepherds thank you too!!

A walk to the beach

We had a wonderful visit. There was a get hiking book at the property that got us out for some great adventures. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room for the three of us. It would be great if there was a level 2 charger at the house for EV’s and solar panels on the roof to power the house. One improvement on the cleaning there was dog hair somewhere that we picked up in our socks. The location was great . It was so close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Dog-friendly house with fenced-in yard

We stayed here two weeks in March of 2025. The house was very comfortable for us. Clean and spacious. Downstairs bed (king) was quite good for sleeping. We had some dry weather and some wet weather. Windy a lot, but when not windy the sunny days were perfect. Loved being able to use the garage. We took our dog to the dog beach every day (a bit far to walk to so we drove). There is also a dog park 15-minutes' walk away. Walking distance to a supermarket (Spencer's) and a great Mexican Restaurant (Taco Temple). Lots of great walks and hiking short drives away. Roku TV was not easy to figure out, but we found stuff to watch just about every night.

Lovely Homey Feel

The location was very close to the beach, which was super nice for a Black Lab. She had a folder with amazing suggestions for the area around for walking and exploring. not to mention all of the small additions she has made to the place. The sun room was so cute, had a little heater in it and a telescope like binoculars to see the surfers out there. Place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook up some seafood dinner. Can't thank you guys enough. My parents are already looking to book a trip out there again. -Ferris

The accommodations could not have been better. Love the sun room - enjoyed the view of the hills and tips of the ocean from the comfort of being indoors. Really relaxing and convenient. Great room upstairs was so light and airy with I think 7 windows. Getting to town was convenient and very close by car - like 5 minutes. I enjoyed the neighborhood walk too. Had all the conveniences of home. Plus so quiet. This is really a great place to mellow out and chill. I'll be back!

Central Coastal California Home Away From Home

This was a fantastic place to spend our family vacation. The house was perfect. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views of Morro Bay and Morro Rock. The house is very clean and equipped with everything we needed plus more. The owners were very helpful, accommodating our last minute request for the rental. We loved the sunroom and it's views. The location was perfect for us to visit San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, wine tasting in Paso Robles, hikes in Montana de Oros State Park and San Simeon and so much more. Lolo's restaurant was in close walking distance and very good. The coastline all along central California is stunning and spectacular. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and am looking forward to coming back in the future.

Great stay in Morro Bay

This vacation home was perfect for us for the month of August in Morro Bay. All the amenities you would want for a longer stay are here. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, heavy silverware, cups, spices, some oils, keurig coffee, and other items other guests have left for you to enjoy. I did a fair amount of cooking and baking while we were there and it was great. The area has no shortage of fun things to do. We walked on the beach which is a short walk nearly every day. There was lots of marine life--otters, seals and even dolphins escorting us on our walk a good many days. We even saw whales one day from the sunroom at the house. Nearby is cute Cambria and Moonstone Beach, wine tasting in Paso Robles, Montana de Oro and much more. We had a great vacation. The neighborhood the house is in has a family atmosphere and seemed very safe. Respect the neighbors show for each other was evident by how quiet the area was most of the time.

Great place to stay long term, very quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay here for 28 days. Had nice walks around the neighborhood which was quiet even though it's a few blocks away from a school. Nice little green space Park not too far away and great views if you walk to the top of the hill. Grocery store very close by as well as hey yummy taco place

Well equipped lovely home; great location

The house worked out great for our family gathering on the Central Coast. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The enclosed porch room is lovely for relaxing and watching the sunsets. Taco Temple is delicious, just a few blocks away. We had a wonderful stay!
