Our property is located a short journey away from Salford crescent train station, trains from here will take you to Manchester city centre within 5 minutes and from there you can take trains/trams/buses to pretty much any corner of Greater Manchester and it's surrounding areas within a short space of time.
We are also less than a 15 minute journey from all of the following attractions: Salford Quays, Media city, Manchester city centre, Old Trafford football ground, Old Trafford cricket ground, the AO arena, the imperial war museum, the O2 Victoria warehouse, The Coronation street experience, The Trafford Centre, Trafford park, Team Sport Go karting, the AO arena, National football museum, Science and industry museum, Peoples history museum and all the other activities to be done in the Manchester city centre region are less than a 15 minute journey away.

Free On-street parking available for up to 3/4 vehicles.
GROUND FLOOR:
As you enter the property, to your right we have a ground floor bedroom, this comprises of 2 single beds.
LIVING ROOM:
Our cosy living room comprises of a smart TV , dining area aswell as a seating area, making for a comfortable common space.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen comprises of a fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.
FIRST FLOOR:
Found on the first floor are two bedrooms, one bedroom consisting of 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and the other bed consisting of 2 single beds.
BATHROOM:
Our bathroom consists of a shower, bath, toilet, sink etc.
NEIGHBOURHOOD:
We are in a lovely neighbourhood, our home is in a quiet area with a nice park opposite the property, with an excellent central city location and within walking distance of nearby transport links or a short taxi ride into the centre.
Free 5G Wi-fi is available throughout the property.
