The villa in Montelupo Fiorentino has 6 bedrooms and has capacity for 11 people. Villa, strategically oriented at the top of one of the most perfectly situated Florentine Chianti hills, offers our guests stunning views of the Tuscan valleys and countryside beyond.

Originally built in the year 1000AD, our villa has undergone a lengthy and meticulously conceived restoration. Today, as a result, guests may enjoy the extraordinary views provided from its unique Tuscan hilltop location.

This gorgeous villa, which has been beautifully appointed with the latest modern facilities, has all the comforts that one might want for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday. The villa is rented as one villa and it’s composed of two separate flats, which are connected by an interior door.

Main floor

Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom; one spacious double bedrooms, on bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower.

First floor

Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom; a master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower.



Needing to recharge or just enjoy free time or need to cool off after a good strool or a visit in Siena or Florence?

You can enjoy of a spectacular swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×3,3 mt) furnished with sun beds, rocking chairs, a super relaxing double hammock, table and chairs…with an amazing view on the Florentine hills. What nice!



It’s possible to rent the villa (11 beds) with the exclusive use of the swimming pool or rent the entire property – villa La Collina + cottage Colle (15 + 2 beds) – with the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.

Both villa and cottage have been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look. Both have been equipped with heating, Smart SAT TV, Wi-fi, DVD player and stereo with CD player, automatic gate, car parking area and a spacious independet garden.



In the villa the bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the cottage has air conditioning (sleeping area).

Our property is surrounded by nature and offer breathtaking views: framed by green hills, close to fascinating medieval villages, and a wealth of natural and cultural attractions to explore and experience nearby.

Villa weekly cleaning - € 300,00 (to be paid at check-in by cash),

A.C. in the villa (€400/week),

Firewood - € 7,00 per basket,

Daily change of Linen - € 7,00 per person/change, Daily change of Towels - €10,00 per person/change,

Extra cleaning - € 35,00/hour, Heating - by cubic meter reading (€ 6,00/Mc), Tourism Levy - €1,00/pax/night



Swimming pool opening period:

The swimming pools opening period is from May to September. On request it's possible to anticipate or postpone the pool's opening period, paying an extra price € 300/week by cash at check-in.

Check-In: on Saturday from 3.00 p.m. until 7.00 p.m. (Late check-in € 50/each hour)

Check-Out: on Saturday before 10.00 a.m.

Cash deposit: € 700 villa



Minimum stay: 7 nights. Any further rental period is on request.



Pets allowed: well-behaved toy pets are allowed and can stay with their owners. For your pets, accompanied on a leash, are allowed access to all public areas, including the garden (unfenced), with the exception of

pool area. Pets owners are urged to maintain and preserve the state of hygiene and decorum of the place. Extra charge, to pay directly on site at check-in, Euro 100/week per pet.
