Kompletterad i augusti 2017, erbjuder Walnut Grove Cabin lugn och ro av en tid men ännu med alla moderna bekvämligheter idag. Kabinen ligger 15 minuter från den vackra Lake Lure och Chimney Rock State Park, 30 minuter från Tryon International Equestrian Center och cirka 60 minuter från Asheville och Hendersonville.

Walnut Grove Cabin består av ett luftigt fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror, mysigt sovrum med bekväm king size-säng, en futon och två avkopplande verandor (en är skärmad!). Faciliteterna inkluderar dubbel garderob i sovrum med extra förråd, wi-fi, två TV-apparater med DirecTV, en trådlös telefon och en asfalterad uppfart med carport. Handdukar och sängkläder är inredda. Gratis kaffe, varmt te och varm choklad.

Under dagen kan du njuta av ensamhet och tyst av pastorala vyer. På natten, delta i värmen och glöd av eldstaden (ved är skuren och lättillgänglig). Om du känner behovet av att vara en del av liv och rörelse, är Asheville bara en bilresa bort!

Nice Intimate and Private Getaway

Cozy Little Cabin

From the moment we pulled in to the driveway I absolutely fell in love with this little cabin, it was everything that me and my husband could have ask for in a rental.. Very clean and the view of the property was wonderful..We will definitely be staying again

This was booked to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. This was the perfect place for relaxation. We grilled out both days… enjoyed the views of the horses and cows, serenity at its best. The home had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

A Peaceful Slice of Paradise

We fell in love with this cozy little cabin from the moment we drove up. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch as we watched the cows roam the fields beyond the cabin and the horses prance across the road. It's very private yet close to the beautiful attractions this area offers. One of the most enjoyable escapes we've had in a long time. We hated to leave!!

Home away form Home

We use this great little place to visit family in the area. It is a treasure for us as I am sure you would find the same. It is very well maintained, and has all the amenities you could ask for. The beautiful large oak trees that provide wooden swings that todays kids seldom see, to the livestock in the fields behind. It is a great place to stay when you need a getaway. Thatnks for providing such an awesome place to stay when we need a Home away from Home!

Clean, cute, cozy

I am always weary to stay at places that allows dogs because of my allergies and asthma. I can say this is the cleanest I have ever stayed, whether being a hotel or a Vrbo without pets. I did not see a speck of dust, hair, nothing. The checkin and checkout process was easy, the house was situated in a nice quiet and picturesque setting. We enjoyed seeing cows and horses roam in nearby property. We were very impressed and I hope you have us back in the near future. Thank you for everything.

Perfect in every way.

For us, Oak Grove Cabin is perfect in every way. The location is 5 miles from family. Perfect! The home is exactly the right size for us. Perfect! There is nothing missing or not thought of. Perfect! The yard is as well kept as the home. Perfect! Very well thought out. Everything about this place is well thought out. Nice cookware, nice linens, and the place is spotless. It certainly does not look like it is in a rental program. It will certainly be our go to for future visits to family.

Great Romantic Getaway!!!

The cabin was immaculate. We felt as though we were the first to rent it...Like brand new everything. More than enough toiletries and things you would normally hit the store up for less your own personal groceries. Sitting on the screened in porch in the morning with coffee while listening to the water flowing through the neighboring farm behind us was a plus. Quiet and away from everything yet a short drive from groceries and restaurants. Justin and Alison are the kindest people who absolutely give the most attention to their guests! Cozy Cabin Weekend

What a wonderful weekend it was to celebrate our 31st anniversary in this adorable cozy cabin. It was perfect in every way for the two of us and our two small furry 4-legged children. It was amazing how well thought out the cabin was. Everything we needed and wanted was at our fingertips. The cabin was extremely clean and with 2 small dogs joining us, we never felt cramped in the least! The outside closed in deck was a perfect solution for our fur babies while we were out and about. They enjoyed the cabin and grounds as much as we did and the weather was perfect. The screened in porch was a great place for our morning cup of coffee. Even the cows nearby were a reminder of just how much we appreciated the country living and relaxation! Plenty of spacious yard for the doggy's to run & play. Justin & Allison were so hospitable to us long before we arrived. A BIG thank you to them for surprising us with a bubbly bottle of Champagne and a lovely & thoughtful card when entering the cabin. Enjoyed a few mimosa over the weekend too with the champagne...just saying! On Friday night we drove to Lake Lure and had a delicious meal at Larkin's on the Lake (Oh so good!) The view was gorgeous!!! It only took 10-15 mins to get to the restaurant from our cabin and the view and drive was picturesque and scenic. On Saturday we took a drive into downtown Hendersonville, less than an hour to get there. Stopped along the way for some mountain apples. It was a perfect day to stroll the streets and check out several cool shops. Everything from doggy boutiques, clothing stores, gift shops, Halloween & Christmas stores to numerous restaurants to pick from. We ended up ordering a delicious pizza from Mezzaluna's Italian Restaurant. They also have great beer selection too. We had breakfast one morning at a recommended place called Mountain Café. The brochure was in our cabin so we decided to try it and loved, loved, loved it. We would definitely come back in the future and recommend this cabin to our family and friends. Again, a big shout out to the owners Justin & Allison. They really got it right with this cabin!!!
