Welcome to a luxurious, cozy and spacious home-away-from-home!
The house is spotlessly clean, with views of the Oxford Canal from two bedrooms and corridors.
Set in a quiet canal-side, you are functionally away from the bustle of the town, and yet under a mile from the town centre.
The train station is only a 10 min walk, as is Morrisons supermarket.
There are two parks nearby and a lovely canal-side walk.
There's a bathroom on each floor, with additional en-suite to room1.
The entrance hall leads to the stairs to the right and the downstairs corridor to your left.
The corridor connects you to the kitchen and breakfast area, and the living room cum dining area.
The French doors at the rear lead into the garden, which has a paved area leading to an area with grass and flower plants.
The stairs lead you to rooms three and four on the first floor and rooms 1nd two on the second floor.
Room 3 is a large double room with a Juliet's balcony. Room 4 is a smaller double room. There is a shower room between rooms three and four.
Room 1 is a double room with en-suite.
Room two is a large double room with two separate single beds which can be linked, on request to a large double bed.
The family bathroom is set between rooms one and two.
The house is wholly available for use. There is a small, locked shed in the garden which is used by the house-keeper for storage.
This is not availed for guest use.
The Loft is also out of bounds to guests.

You may smoke outside the house. Smoking or vaping in the house would attract additional penalties.
2. No pets allowed: We do not permit pets in the house. Please do not bring in any animals or pets as we do not permit this.
3. No parties or events: We do not permit the holding or staging of parties, stag dos, hen dos or other such events in the house.
4. Please do not wear your outdoor shoes within the house.
5. Unregistered guests: No extra guests allowed other than the registered number fo guests: breach of this rule would attract additional penalties
6. Respect for neighbours: please be considerate with neighbours and reduce noise level. Be considerate when parking your vehicle to enable others to park and drive by safely without being obstructed.
7. Illegal activities: No illegal activities allowed eg use and selling of illicit drugs or ammunition and explosives
8. Lost key fees: Please take good care of keys as lost keys will attract a fee
9. Parking: Guests may park on the street in front of the building. In the absence of immediately available spaces, guests may park in nearby roadside on the estate. We would recommend bringing your car back on the street in front of the building when space becomes available.
10. No food or drinks in bedrooms: Please do not take food or drinks into the bedrooms
11: Check out/check in times: Check in times are 16:00 UK time, and check out times are 10:00 (am) UK time. If for any reason you need to check in earlier or check out later please request this with the host with at least three day notice. This may attract additional fees.
12. Do the dishes: Please wash cups, bowls and dishes you may use during your stay.
13: Proper waste disposal: please use the provided bins and bin-liners to dispose of waste during your stay. The following colour codes denote disposal containers for the three main types of waste (containers can be found outside, at the back of the building);
a. recycled waste eg paper, recyclable containers
b. black: general waste
c. garden waste (you should not require this)
14: Quiet time: please observe quiet time after 22:00 out of respect for neighbours, keeping noise levels down overnight.
15: Damages and breakages: Please take good care of the property and items in the property. Any damages and breakages would be charged to the guest.
16: Weapons and explosives: Please do not bring weapons and explosives into the property.
17: Switch off: If you turn on items, please turn them off after use. Lock doors and when leaving the property.
18. Use of carports and garages: If you require the use of a carport or garage please enquire from the host as soon as possible. This will attract additional fees. Access to carport and garage may be required by the host at all times eg for removal of bins.
19: Commercial photography or videography: we do not permit commercial photography or videography on the premises, unless there is written consent from the host
20: Use of the following is not allowed on the property

d. Fireworks
e. Explosives
21. Use of adhesive tapes on the walls and all surfaces of the property is not permitted.
