Fantastic hot tub stay in beautiful Fira, our host was so welcoming and always helpful to book the best reservations. He even had the ATV company drop off our bike at the hotel which made everything super easy for us. Beds were comfortable, the double shower was a luxury in Europe and the views were spectacular. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to sharing this with my friends in the future.

I am really unsure how to review this stay. The location was fantastic and the staff were attentive and nice. We really needed the kitchen facilities, the kettle and microwave that was advertised on the booking site. There was nothing apart from a sink and nespresso machine. Just be aware that these items are not provided. Also there is no house keeping is given in case that is important to you.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The only positive aspect was the view, which was indeed beautiful. Other than that, the room looked nothing like the photos from the booking. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of chemical paint, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. The room was extremely basic: just a bed, a TV, a coffee machine, a shower, and a small fridge with a single bottle of water. There was no iron, even though it was listed in the amenities, no kettle, no plates or cutlery, and the cupboards in the tiny kitchenette were completely empty. This was far from the standard we were expecting. Very disappointing.
