Vilanova House by Check-in Portugal with 5 bedrooms for 12 people located in the Vilanova Condominium in Oura, 50m from the famous Oura Street
The swimming pool belongs to the condominium which at the moment does not have administration, so we are not responsible for the quality of its maintenance, however it has been functioning and has been used by the inhabitants of this condominium.
To the Oura beach it is only 900 metres.
The house has 5 bedrooms, all located on the ground floor.
2 Bedrooms, both with twin beds and access to the terrace
1 Spacious room with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed
2 Rooms at the back of the house, both with double beds and access to the inner courtyard
The house has 2 bathrooms and a service toilet. The 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor, one is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
On the upper floor is the service toilet, between the kitchen and the living room
The room is spacious and has a fireplace and access to a balcony equipped with a large table for outdoor meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, citrus juicer, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils to prepare meals.
From the kitchen, there is access to a large terrace, equipped with a large table and armchairs to relax.
The house is recommended for groups of friends as it is located next to Oura Street with bars, nightclubs and a good variety of restaurants.
The house is equipped with Air Conditioning and WiFi.
There is still public open-air parking in front of the house. Access to the parking may be conditioned during the night, since the road is temporarily closed.
