This beautiful flat is located only 500 metres from the beach of Punta Umbria and welcomes 4 guests.
Located in the centre of Punta Umbria, the flat is close to all amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, just 10 minutes walking distance from the beach of Punta Umbria, ideal for strolling along the golden sand.
The flat is on one floor and, upon entering, you will find a single living-dining room area and a small ceramic hob kitchen that has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa so you can relax after a day of sightseeing. In addition, the flat has two fans, perfect for keeping cool on the hottest days. When it comes to sleeping, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and also have a radiator to ensure a warm atmosphere during the cooler seasons. From the first bedroom you have access to an outside area where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower completes your stay.
