This stunning self catering holiday cottage is situated in the breathtaking Peak District, a 5 minute drive from the village of Bonsall, Cromford and 10 minutes to Matlock.
Located in the middle of several walking routes, this is the perfect base to enjoy stunning scenery and return to a hot tub for a soak at the end of the day to relax.
Surrounded by fields the home is in an idyllic location giving guests the opportunity to relax and recharge. Children over the age of 12 can be considered.

Nestled on Brumlea Farm, this former working farm is now a peaceful haven, surrounded by rolling fields and breathtaking countryside views in every direction. Although you may occasionally see a tractor passing.

Whether you prefer to explore on foot, bike, or car, this cottage is the ideal spot for walkers and adventurers alike. After a day exploring the stunning Peak District, return to pure relaxation in your private hot tub, perfectly situated under a wooden pergola next to the house.

• Downstairs Bedroom – Double bed, built-in cupboard storage, dressing table, bedside tables & lamps
• Ground Floor Bathroom – Modern walk-in shower, sink, and toilet
• Upstairs Master Bedroom – Spacious room with apex roof & Velux window, built-in dressing table, mirror, storage, and bedside tables
• En-Suite Bathroom – Shower, sink, and toilet for added convenience
One of the double beds can be split into twin beds upon request—please mention your preference when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
🌳 The Outdoor Space 🌳
Step outside and take in the stunning Peak District scenery from the beautiful patio area, complete with a glass balustrade for uninterrupted views. The cottage is situated at the end of a quiet lane with no passing traffic, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
To the left of the house, you’ll find a large hot tub under a covered pergola, comfortably seating four guests. Just behind, there’s a grassed garden area, perfect for soaking up the countryside air.
🛏 Everything You Need for a Relaxing Stay 🛏
All bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels are provided for each guest.
Guests have access to the entire house, private parking spots for two cars, the hot tub area and grassed area behind this. There is a path into the field behind the house for the Limestone Way walk. You access this by walking to the end of the road, turning right and you can follow the lane into the field.
There is a locked cupboard at the top of the stairs housing the boiler, guests do not have access to this.
No pets allowed at the property.
Children over 12 can be considered, this is due to safety.
Owners live next door and they do have friendly dogs.
