Denna rymliga tillflyktsort är perfekt för familjegrupper eller ett par komma undan. Huset har bergen charm och värme med all komforten i modern utväg. Det stora huvuddäcket är nyinredda med RH-möbler, köket är fyllda lyxapparater, alla nya vackra sängkläder i sängarna och nya TV-apparater på övervåningen och ner.
Alla har en plats att koppla av med ett rymligt vardagsrum komplett med en stor vedeldad spis, ett spelrum med biljardbord, 55 "TV, våt bar, bäddsoffa, matsal med plats för 10, ett underbart möblerat däck med utsikt över sjö och lat men inte minst badtunnan.
Befälhavaren svit har en king size-säng, bubbelbadkar, öppen spis, TV och privat däck med fantastisk utsikt. Det finns en andra svit med en dubbelsäng och privat badrum och ett annat sovrum med king size-säng och sjöutsikt. De två intilliggande sovrummen på övervåningen är bra för familjer med en fullständig och två enkelsängar.
Alla sex sovrum och våningssäng har tillgång till WIFI.
Lake Arrowhead är en lekplats för dig som älskar utomhus! Framför huset finns en privat brygga för att njuta av bad och fiske under de varma sommarmånaderna. Du kommer att ha direkt tillgång precis utanför din dörr till den privata vägen vid sjön för en lugn promenad eller 4 km promenad till Lake Arrowhead Village för shopping och restauranger. Amazing Lake Arrowhead Reunion

Met up with old friends and their families for a few days of re-connecting. The house, amenities, lake access, and views were top notch. The home is extremely well equipped and maintained from the kitchen to decks, dock, hot tub area, game room, you name it. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

Amazing lake weekend!

Many of my friends and I were coming up to be in Our good friends from college wedding and this was the perfect spot for us! It was walking distance to the venue and on the water - what more could you ask for! Plus the views are amazing!

Lakeside Gem!

The views of the lake from every room of the house and balconies were amazing! The amenities were perfect for our family. Location was central to a number of snow activities. This is definitely a lakeside gem that we will want to visit again in the near future!

Family Gathering

This is a lovely home with beautiful views over the lake. There were eleven of us and we could easily fit everyone in their own bedroom in the house. We liked that there was room for all of us to sit together at the table in the kitchen as well as to sit outdoors and enjoy the views. We spent our last night enjoying the fireworks over the lake. The house is clean and very nicely decorated and is a great home for family reunions.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house has so much character! It was perfect for our family vacation loved drinking Mimosa on the decks and enjoying the spa overlooking the lake. The house opens up to the trail which we enjoyed walking as well. Pros: super clean; customer service was great; beds & linens were so comfortable; close to village; great wifi throughout house; tons of parking Cons: level entry is great but be aware the house is 3 stories We will definitely be returning!

Large home on lake.

This property was well kept and plenty of beds and room. It could use a facelift and plumbing updates. The lake however is highly restrictive and unlike the add states visitors may not be on the lake unless basically tethered to the dock. It has beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is under equipped for large parties. Needs set of nonstick pots and pans and cookie sheets as well as real soap to clean greasy dishes. Refrigerator is small for the size of home and accomodations. Beware! There is no central AC in the home other than the master bedroom and the thermostat is obviously controlled by management as the air would not cool lower than 79*. Elevator is conveniently broken. Perhaps always as I wouldn’t want the liability of an elevator if I had a rental like this. All in all we had a good time as a family but the lake restrictions are a major bummer.

Beautiful lakefront home

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful well kept property. The view is exquisite and my family had all the comforts of home for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was accommodating, professional, and very easy to communicate with. We would book this property again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

We just returned from a long weekend at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren. The home is lovely, and also very welcoming and homey. There was more than enough room for the 11 of us. The location on the lake is perfect...close to a market, but far enough away from the village so that it is quiet. The views of the lake are spectacular, especially from the master bedroom and deck. The kitchen is well-stocked with most everything you could possibly want or need to make a meal. We also loved that we could all sit together in the dining area. My husband has mobility issues and the elevator made his every day life so much easier. Everyone else also enjoyed using the elevator to unload groceries, suitcases, etc. The only one item that we would change if we could, would be to have a shower in the master bath. There is a beautiful jetted tub, but it wasn't possible for my husband to use it and I prefer to shower. So, we both used a shower in one of the other bathrooms. If that is the only shortcoming to this spectacular property, in our opinion, it is one that we can easily accept. Our family is already planning to spend another long weekend in this home this summer.

2nd year in a row, probably a 3rd!

My guys have been doing a yearly retreat for 8 years. This is the first time we’ve gone back to the same place. The house is fantastic for our group of 10 (each person had their own bed!). The kitchen is well laid out and is the favorite of our in group chef. The new dock is fantastic with plenty of toys and lounge space. And the views are unparalleled. Can’t wait to go back next year!

All was good...would have been nice to have umbrellas out on main level deck for shade while awning was not working...we all had to squeeze into covered area...for shade from the hot sun or be inside..otherwise all good.

Beautiful lakeside home in Lake Arrowhead

We have stayed at a number of rentals in Lake Arrowhead and this one is probably the best so far. It is even nicer than in the photos, with a big deck with unbelievable views of the lake from the deck, kitchen, living room, and most bedrooms. There is also tons of space in the house, much of which seems newly renovated. The private dock with kayak and paddleboards really made our stay, though. Really hoping to be back next year!

Great family vacation

The property was amazing - the view of and proximity to the Lake were spectacular. Loved hanging out on the new dock. Good fishing! Enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Perfect Family Retreat

This was the perfect home for our large family. It is a beautiful house on the lake with incredible views from multiple rooms, and we had a really wonderful time making memories here. Other members of our family said they planned to rent this home in the future, and we intend to return as well. Dave and Summer (the owners) were responsive and awesome to work with, and we wanted for absolutely nothing during our stay. Perfect retreat for large families.

Beautiful property!!

Had an amazing weekend here with family! The property is beautiful with amazing views. What we liked the most was how clean the place was and how the kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. I highly recommend this property. Summer and Ethan were very helpful as well and answered all the questions we had. Only downfall we had was the jacuzzi .. we were unable to get it to work! Aside from that though this place was magical.

Wonderful house, wonderful hosts!

This house was great for our group of friends and our kids. With the different levels and clean, not-dated furnishing we felt very cozy for our winter weekend getaway. There was a small issue with one of the Nest thermostats but David was quick to get it resolved and even had backup heaters dropped off in case they were needed. The kitchen was spacious and packed with all the essentials for group meals. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace kept us all toasty! The location and view of the lake is spectacular! Thank you David and Summer for your hospitality!
