Denna stora Mid Century modern casita ligger i det vackra Sunmor-området i Palm Springs. Högt i tak och keramiska golvgolv i hela. Det kompletta köket har allt inklusive spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Mycket bekväm king size-säng.
Massor av fönster tillåter mycket naturligt ljus. Privat gataingång på en separat gata från huvudhuset. Casita har sin egen privata gård; separat från huvudhuset.
Det finns en vacker hjärtformad pool i huvudgården, som är enbart för gäster. Poolen är privat och uppvärmd

This was by far the most complete VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very well thought out and the house was spotless. We really appreciated the privacy and enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back!

I wish the listing was more clear that this is a casita/ADU and not a full house. With that being said, the stay was wonderful: the space was as pictured and the yard/pool was amazing!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. The host Robert was responsive and friendly. Loved listening to and watching the birds flying around the flowers while we had our morning coffee by the pool. Beautiful property inside, exactly as the pictures shown, and beautiful grounds with a lemon and orange tree, and nicely landscaped yard.Don't even get me started on the lovely private pool and hot tub, which we made good use of during our stay. And it was nice to get our laundry done the day before we left also. The location of the house is in a quiet area. Yes, because of its proximity to the airport, you can hear periodic planes taking off and landing, but this was not an issue for us. If we return to Palm Springs in the future, this will be the only place we will stay. Thanks again for a fabulous stay Robert!

What a lovely stay in Palm Springs. Well appointed, this place had everything we needed and with style. Chilling poolside, breakfast on the covered terrace, evenings in the jacuzzi, relaxing in the comfortable indoors, short drives to dining, nightlife, hiking…it was all just what we hoped for. Our host was also super responsive and helpful in the few questions we had. We can see there is a lot of love and vision put into this property. We’re definitely coming back

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable—just a short drive from downtown. The pool and amenities were lovely and made it feel like a true getaway. Our host was amazing—generous, communicative, and very flexible. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had a very nice stay at this lovely property. The private pool was certainly a plus! Big comfortable bed, large flat-screened TV, A/C and a kitchen with all the essentials, among other things. We also loved the midcentury modern decor inside and out. This property is also very close to downtown and all that Palm Springs has to offer. I would indeed recommend!

Absolutely incredible property! This is everything a vacation rental should be. Clean, private, affordable, with impeccable interior design. It was 110 degrees when we were there but the pool was the perfect temperature with rotating shade throughout the day. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Great private spot for PS getaway

Property was exactly as advertised, and even nicer than expected. Check in process was seamless, and off street parking was a plus. Unit was very private and the pool and related grounds were also private. Kitchen was well stocked and host was super responsive. All around great stay!

One of the best get aways we have had. Loved the decor, very classy especially the vintage touches. I wish I had taken some photos. Loved the pool and used it both days we were there. They left a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses in the refrigerator for us to find when we arrived. Robert had emailed directions and the gate and door codes so we had immediate access when we arrived. No waiting in line or noisy crowds. There were large beach towels for the pool or jacuzzi. We took advantage of the jacuzzi on our last night. The bed was so comfortable never slept

Perfect Oasis

This property was the perfect weekend getaway! It’s cozy, private, and just the right size for a couple. The bed was super comfortable, and the walkable neighborhood was great for our pup. We even spent an entire day just relaxing at home and cooking, and it still felt like a true vacation. Best of all—we got engaged on the property! It made an already amazing stay absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and maybe even make some lasting memories.

Guest house was built for Elizabeth Taylor and Eva Gabor that came to visit the second home owner. It is very spacious and has the same Mid-Century Modern architectural style as the main house.
The neighborhood is a time warp from the 1950's and 1960's. It has been beautifully restored.

Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (I had a restaurant so I know what that means). Very spacious property both inside and outside. Private yard with private entrance from the street.
Property is fully fenced and designed to offer you maximum privacy. Enter through an electronic gate and enter your private oasis.
