La Carolina Park is a classic condominium located in the Golden Mile, one of Marbella’s most luxurious residential areas. This studio has been carefully decorated to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests.
Living Area: A lovely space by the window leading to the balcony on the ground floor. It includes a two-seater sofa and a TV. Next to the TV, there is also a desk should you need a workspace.
Kitchen: Open-plan American-style kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and all necessary tableware. It includes a bar with two stools.
In front of the kitchen, there is a built-in wardrobe with ample storage space.
Bedroom Space: The sleeping area, separated from the rest of the space by a curtain. It features two comfortable twin beds (90cm) joined together. From here, you can access the bathroom and the rest of the studio.
Bathroom: Equipped with a shower enclosed by a floor-to-ceiling glass screen, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and a spacious mirror over the sink.
Balcony: Overlooking the garden and pool and equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, plus awnings for privacy, allowing you to relax and unwind. It also provides direct access to the garden.
Additional amenities available to guests: air conditioning (split unit in the living area), iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Other facilities guests can enjoy during their stay: Tennis court, community parking within the complex (spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, but if no spots are available inside, free street parking is possible), pool, and green spaces (open during certain months—please check availability before booking). Note: Due to drought conditions, pool opening dates may be affected.
*The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and it’s returned 3 days after the check-out date.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
