Inside, the penthouse is exquisitely designed with a focus on refined comfort â think plush designer furnishings, crisp linens, and curated pieces that add charm to every corner. Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms offers sumptuous beds for a restful nightâs sleep, while the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen invites you to dine in style â or let us arrange private dining experiences for you.
Guest Access:
You can access the private balcony as well as the building elevator to access the home.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled right between the serene beauty of Regentâs Park, the chic sophistication of Marylebone, the leafy charm of St Johnâs Wood and Primrose Hill just a stoneâs throw away, this penthouse places you at the heart of some of Londonâs most sought-after neighbourhoods.
St Johnâs Wood offers a village-like atmosphere, with its fashionable high street, quaint cafĂ©s, and the world-famous Abbey Road Studios â a must-see for music lovers.
Head south and youâre in Marylebone. Spend a leisurely afternoon wandering Marylebone High Street, discovering local delicacies at Daunt Books or enjoying exquisite dining experiences.
And just beyond Regentâs Park to the north, Primrose Hill awaits â offering stunning panoramic views over Londonâs skyline. The area is filled with charming pubs, independent shops, and a relaxed yet refined vibe that makes it a favourite among locals and visitors alike.

Local buses are all around. The closest Tube station is St Johns wood underground on the Jubilee Line.

The home is for sale so there may be a request for a guest viewing. However this will always be given in advance and at a time that is convenient.
