Wonderful house

This house was so clean all the beds were so comfortable. Everything was wonderful in this house we couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Hands-down, best house rental we’ve ever been at.

April 2022 Stay

Fantastic location!! House is lovely and clean. Pool had a ton of debris so we didn't use it. Needs a cover! Fireplace in the living room wouldn't stay lit. TV is small and needs a sound system. Furniture was crazy comfy. So pros and cons. Would stay again if the pool was clean. Management was easy to contact and responsive.

August 2021 Stay

The property we initially stayed at was great. The location out in the vineyards was really nice and unique. Unfortunately there were issues with the TVs not working, the pool cover broke and got stuck and then the well ran dry. The company was great and did fix the TV and pool issues that day, but the well was not fixable. They found us another house nearby with a lap pool (not the same), but it did have a hot tub. All in all, they did their best to accomodate us and even refunded some of the money for compensation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this property- it's huge! It was too big for just the 4 of us but we wanted a house with a pool, so we enjoyed the extra space. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property was clean and location was perfect- so close to town. The rental company was very responsive. We did not let them know until the end of our stay that the hot water was very limited (only enough for one quick shower). They offered to send a repairman right away, so hopefully this will be resolved for the next guests.

The home was amazing. The right balance of home and ameneties such as shampoo and conditioner and body soap in all bathrooms. An abundance of nice towels and bedding and even coffee and creamer in case we didn’t get to the store. We would come stay here again!

When we entered the house it was even more beautiful inside. It was clean, bright and welcoming. Plenty of room for all to feel comfortable throughout our stay. Great location as we were close to Walmart, Albertsons, McDonald's and gas stations, Having the lap pool and spa at the house was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this house to others.

we just stayed a couple of nights for an impromptu paso trip. the house was very clean (and big!) we were only 2 people and 2 dogs, but would easily accommodate more. was a great space and perfect for what we were looking for... pool and dog friendly!

Large home. Has comfortable beds. Clean. Carpets are older and have some stains. Bedrooms are all upstairs - good to know if any accessible issues for those staying there. Management was responsive when had trouble getting into house. There are 2 AC units on upper and lower floors - good to know so you can adjust as needed.

Great House, Great Location

This is a spectacular house, with multiple shared living spaces and ample bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Very close to downtown for evenings out, quiet neighborhood and relaxing spa.

You can walk a gorgeous trail by the river right from the front of the house. The decor is a little dated, and the pool is small, but it's super functional for your stay. We love the recliner couch in the family room, and the master bath is gorgeous with a huge tub! Very comfortable, this was our third stay!!

Wonderful house, conveniently located

Wow, this house completely blew away our expectations! Clean and tidy, HUGE! The fireplaces were a nice touch for our February stay. This was our first time in Paso Robles and I'm certain we'll be back!

Perfect, Quiet Friends Retreat

The location of the house is perfect! It is located in a quiet street that faces a river (dried) with walking/biking paths across the street. The house was big enough for the four of us and the pool and hot tub presented us with a wonderful opportunity to catch up and enjoy the evenings. The check in/out process couldn't have been easier. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great location, fabulous home

A beautiful two-story home not too far from downtown Paso. The home is clean with available products to make the stay easy. We did not cook but there appeared to be the standard essentials needed to prepare a meal (minus the food of course 😉). The hot tub (and pool) are nice especially after a long day of wining, other libations, and good eats. There is plenty of room to spread out in the home, with numerous sitting areas. There is a large master with king bed (very comfy) and large master bath with whirlpool tub and shower. The other three bedrooms have two twins (in one room) and two queens (I think) beds in the other two rooms. Laundry room is upstairs. Main bath upstairs with a half bathroom on the main floor near garage. The garage is quite spacious. We only stayed two nights but would love to stay again.
