This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub.The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a functional and pleasant space to prepare meals and share special moments with family or friends.Outside, the private balcony with a dining table overlooks the pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve’s mild climate. Guests can also enjoy the resort’s facilities, including an adult and children’s pool, playground, tennis court, mini-golf, and full-size games, ensuring fun for all ages.Located in the prestigious Ponta Grande Resort, just 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot from São Rafael Beach, and close to restaurants and bars, the Townhouse Cayman offers the perfect combination of comfort, leisure, and beach proximity for an unforgettable Algarve holiday.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 180 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
