Nyrenoverade 4/2-kanaliga vattnet hem med avkopplande brygga och pool, privat, enfamiljshus i East Orlando, nära University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle , stora attraktioner som Walt Disney World och Universal Studios och världsberömda stränder. Underbart uppdaterat kök med frukost bar, rostfria vitvaror och granit bänkskivor. Master svit har en dörr till pooldäcket och en utomhusdusch. Stor duschkabin och garderob.
Familjerummet kommer med en 65 "platt-TV och en 42" platt-TV finns i vardagsrummet. Mästaren har en 32 "platt-TV.

Denna enda historia ranch hus ligger i östra Orlando är mycket nära University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, Valencia Community College, Winter Park, och alla stora attraktioner, motorvägar och stränder.

Great time at Casa Orlando! Came down to celebrate my Master’s graduation at UCF. Pool was lovely for the kids, canal for fishing, and plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Wonderful time!

Great location, close to everything we needed it to be. Property was perfect for our needs which included visiting family in the area. Pool area was great, home was clean with plenty of room and privacy. John was a wonderful host, we are actually planning a return visit in the fall.

Baseball tournament

Our family and another traveled for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex. The property was just as listed and we had everything we needed. John, the host, was very responsive to all messages! He also left fishing rods for my boys to use while there. The kitchen was very well stocked and things such as dish detergent and hand soap was provided as well! We would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area!

Perfect for Family

Celebrated a UCF Graduate. The layout of the house was perfect with two different living spaces, large table for cards/games and the pool area was beautiful and big enough for all of us to gather and swim.

Great place!

One of the cleanest and best equipped houses we’ve ever stayed at! 10/10! Our grandson even caught a good sized bass off the dock. Will definitely book again when we have another Orlando trip!

John is a great host and his home met all of our expectations. He is quick to answer any questions and is very responsive to addressing any issues. Close to great golf and many other things. Don't miss the Morse museum in Winter Park if you like Tiffany art pieces. It's free admission on Fridays Nov through April. House was clean and just what we needed. Fully stocked and then some. Won't hesitate to book again when in the area.

Awesome Stay in Orlando

This property was such an amazing find! We were in Orlando for the Arizona vs UCF game and loved how close the house was to campus. We had great communication with the host, John, leading up to and during our stay. Easy instructions, check-in and checkout, and the house was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults and one child under 10. Will definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay

We were in town for a wedding and this property met our needs. It was clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen and a great outdoor space. The owner well communicated and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great find!

We had an amazing stay at this rental! Our group of 8 friends came to the area for Daytona Bike Week, and this home made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind together after long days out, and also a great space to gather in the mornings before heading out. The house was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone — both indoors and outdoors. The dining room table fit all 8 of us for meals, and we loved spending time on the beautiful patio and pool area, which also had a table large enough for our whole group. The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!
