The home has three bedrooms and two full baths, with almost 1600 sq. ft. newly kitchen and an above ground non-heated private pool. The house is fully fence and nicely appointed backyard with a grill station.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GET-TOGHETERS OF ANY KIND ALLOW and are STRICTLY forbidden. No pet allow
Any failure to do so will results in extra charges plus guests will be removed from the property and all monies received for the remainder of your stay will be forfeited.
Parking for two vehicles.
Extra guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval.

We make our best effort to have the pool functioning at all times; however in the rare occasion that the pool might be out service (due to weather or unforeseen broken equipment) NO REFUND will be given.

Perfect

House was perfect, very clean and exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for me and 2 teenagers and a backyard that one of the prettiest I’ve seen. We did not use the pool but spent lots of time sitting outside just enjoying the scenery. It was close to activities we had planned and I always appreciate access to washer/dryer. I have no complaints on this property and would love to stay here again at some point.

Universal Studios Trip

Decent size property three bedrooms were a good size living space was good size house had an odd smell to it which you got use to once you were there , not sure if that is a good or bad .Didn't realize there was a studio rental attached and one un-attached next to master ( studio shed ) so the drive way is shared overall not bad

Overall a great stay. You will be about 30 mins from major parks like Universal or disney, but this is a very relaxing quite location to bring you and your family. We were very pleased with the bedroom set-up for or kids and us . Thank you

Daytona Bike Week

We had a pleasant stay in this home. Visited Daytona a couple of days that was not too far for the trip then went to Coco Beach for a day. Local restaurants, grocery and gas very convenient located.

A month in paradise...

This home is roomy, close to pretty much everything you'll need. Was a great place to escape the snow and ice storms in MI for a month. Owner is very responsive to messages.

Great launch pad

Very well equipped. Convenient to all restaurants, theme parks and airport. Spacious. Couldn't use pool in February. To cold but that was clear before we went. Great place for price.

Great property, especially for the price

How was clean and modern and had a nice little private deck w/grill and swimming pool out back (too cold to swim, but still nice). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone looking for 3 bdrm place that DOESN'T have twin beds in one of the rooms, which most on here do. We needed 3 adult beds. This place was awesome.

Worked great for visiting my son at college

Great value! I rented the home for a week for just myself primarily, but wanted room for my son to stay over if he wanted to while I was visiting him at college. Everything worked well, as advertised, no issues at all, and I enjoyed having the private back yard for that awesome November weather in central Florida.

This House is even better in person!

Great stay in Orlando. We loved the house. It is so big. The backyard is lovely. We used the pool and the grill. We visited Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, and Daytona Beach all easily from this location. The master bedroom bed is really comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper. We loved our stay! Plenty of room for four adults and a teen.

Exactly what we needed.

Very spacious home. Easy check in. Three comfortable bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Full kitchen. Nice backyard sitting area. Easy to reach off of the main road and the traffic off of the main road noise is not that bad. Quick access to UCF and to the airport. House was very welcoming.

Large comfortable space

This space was a great home base as we took in Disney parks. It was large and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t that clean-looking.

Great place. You get what you pay for. House looks crisp and clean. It does not feel like you are overcharged, as some places you pay more but it does not mean you get extra for your money. Quiet neighborhood with no traffic on the road. Close to everything.

Nice house but a problem

I am having a hard time giving a review on this house. There was so many good things about it but the smoke odor was a problem. As soon as you walk in the door it hits you and permeates in every room. I turned the temp down, turned the dehumidifier on and bought glade air fresheners. Doing that helped making it okay too stay for three nights. The house, pool and patio are so nice. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the mattresses were comfy. It is truly a nice home to rent.... I told the manager upon leaving a professional cleaning service would really help. Hopefully, this will be done for future tenants.

Wedding/Vacation

The property was real good as far as finding places to eat, because there were multiple choices without having to drive too far. We went to Disney and Universal and had a blast, but really don’t like the toll roads in the expressway. Not much you can do about that so we dealt with it. Wish I had a heads up about the toll roads and how to prepare for them.

The home was OK however the pool is dirty and the grilling equipment was extremely old and broken.

The house/neighborhood was OK but the grilling equipment is old and broken and the pool was dirty. Pest control also went in the home without our permission to fumigate and we had to sleep in a house with an extreme odor.

Spacious space

The place is spacious. Feels like 2000 sq ft. The kitchen is a good size and modern. Could use a cutting board. There were a few blips like the place smelled slightly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and then again a few days later. And the neighbor (possibly owner) hangs out talking with friends at midnight on Friday and 2AM on a Monday, very close to the primary bedroom. Wifi speed did not support television viewing. And bath towels are small. Checkout instructions have you stripping beds and doing laundry and dishes. I did appreciate the bug free place, and the washer and dryer. Darkening shades are great. And they provided a playpen for our toddler. The. closets are a good size, especially in the primary room. I especially liked the open layout of the living room, kitchen and eating area. There are a few games to entertain like jenga. Overall it is a good place to stay.

We booked this residence for a weekend long stay for a non-profit event 2 hours from our home. The l

We booked this residence for a weekend long stay for a non-profit event 2 hours from our home. The low for the nights was 34 degrees at its lowest and our event was outdoors, therefore we were exposed to elements for the duration. When we arrived at house it was chilly inside. We attempted to turn on the heat and to warm it to 73 degrees inside since it was showing 65 degrees. The heat wouldn’t kick on and the house never warmed. In the morning the residence was extremely cold and my entire family had to wear sweatpants and hoodies inside. We immediately contacted the property manager. When asked if the issue had been rectified, since we were still at our engagement away from the property, we were advised a technician was dispatched to the property and advised it was fixed. At the conclusion. Of our event, after dark as temperatures were plummeting we looked forward to the warm retreat of the comfort we should’ve been afforded, however upon our return it was 67 degrees in the residence and the heat would not kick on. The floors are elevated therefore the floors are freezing making it impossible to even take off your shoes to relax. We contacted the property manager who was argumentative and told me that the heat would not go above 67 degrees. Additional technical assistance was refused and we were told to deal with it or leave. At 7:30pm we’re forced to begin looking for an emergency place to stay, pack our items up and leave. The manager could care less about your comfort and the owner even refused to assist us in any way. Avoid these incompetent slum lords at all costs!
