The locality Torre dell'Orso, marina di Melendugno, is particularly lively in the summer with its historic watchtower, the beach with sand and pine forest and the legendary Two Sisters, as well as all the main services. A few km away are the other marinas of Melendugno, awarded for their clean sea, equipped beaches and tourist services. Among these there is San Foca, just 3 km away. Very close is the Grotta della Poesia, in the archaeological site on the sea of ââRoca Vecchia.

Access is from the ground floor via an internal staircase that leads to the living area where we find the kitchen, sofa bed and a French window onto the equipped terrace. The house has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower, French window onto the terrace and outdoor shower.

Giada Apartment is located on the first floor and has a large veranda overlooking the sea, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for dining outdoors and enjoying moments of relaxation.
The price includes the consumption of water and gas, wi-fi, Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival with guaranteed refund of the deposit paid.
