Lovely Stay

This is a great retreat in the heart of Denver. My 3 year old loved it and it was great because it is so close to the zoo and City Park. Great stay!

Nice property in a cute neighborhood next to City Park Comfortably fit our party of 4 adults (no couples) - even the couch provided a good night's sleep Only suggestion is to get better toilet paper

As advertised, the Denver Cottage was perfect. Clean, well appointed and a terrific location for any Denver activity. And parking was was always available on Vine Street in front. We’ll definitely stay there again next time in Denver

Loved all the natural light! Well equipped kitchen and large dining space were great for meals - in and game night! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Enjoyed our walk through nearby City Patk!

Nearby park and quiet neighborhood

We spent a week visiting our son who had moved to Denver in June. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed to prepare a meal. Nearby in walking distance was a park and two coffee shops. Highly recommended.

Simply perfect!

Sue and Joe's property is just perfect for us. It is clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. We love the fact that the kitchen has everything we need to cook real meals. It has become our home away from home in Denver!

Family visit to Denver

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored carriage house in Denver! The place was well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), clean, cozy and very charming. It provided everything we needed, including some toys and puzzles for my toddler. We were a party of four generations, and the carriage house served us all well including my toddler and his great grandmother. The location is in a cute, safe neighborhood with ample parking on the streets. The hosts were communicative, and the check in/out processes were very simple and straightforward. Located close to places of interest like the Denver Zoo and great food, there were lots to do and places to eat within a 5-15min drive away. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit.

Great spot near everything

Really enjoyed our stay at this property near City Park. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Well stocked with things you’d need to cook, do laundry, bathe, etc. plenty of blankets and pillows and super comfortable beds! We enjoyed the puzzle and books and endless TV choices for the time we spent indoors. Street level parking was never an issue - we were here a week and parked directly in front of the house every single time we returned to the property. Very close (under 3 miles) to just about anything you’d want to do in town. Will definitely look this one up for future visits to the city!

Cozy and comfortable carriage house

We were visiting Denver with adult children from other states. This cozy, well appointed property allowed us to have plenty of room. The unit permeates a relaxing, comfortable vibe. The quiet neighborhood location gives you easy access to downtown. We all enjoyed taking long walks at City Park which is 2 blocks away. Sue, the property manager, was accessible, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again!

Spring Break 2024

The house itself is wonderful. Wide open space and enough beds for Grampa, Gramma and the two boys. Directions are pretty clear and signage is onsite to direct you to the carriage house. Just a narrow sidewalk that is being over crowded by the shrubs is the only downside to this property. We had a wonderful time. Near enough to Coors Field, Ball Stadium and Mile High Stadium for a quick drive.
