Vackert 3 våningar, 3-sovrum hus på landet, som kan rymma upp till 8 personer att sova, ligger på en intim och frodig 1 tunnland mark i närheten av Lake Memphremagog.

Fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, stor gasugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare etc. Två badrum med dusch, tvättstuga, linne och handdukar. Utomhus matsal och propan BBQ. Allt du behöver göra är att ta med din mat och koppla av på de omgivande terrasserna, i en hängmatta nära dammen eller framför spisen.

WiFi internet, satellit-TV, DVD-spelare, Bluetooth-ljudsystem, olika brädspel och DVD-skivor tillgängliga.

Inom en 5 minuters promenad har du fri tillgång till den privata stranden i St-Benoit Yacht Club, vid Sargent Bay of Lake Memphremagog.

Lovely stay at wonderful home.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and well equipped. The kids loved the ping pong, the air hockey and board games. I loved having coffee on the huge covered porch and my husband really enjoyed cooking on the stove and BBQ. Plenty of sleeping space and comfy beds. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful area.

Solar Eclipse 2024

This is a wonderful spot and a very well appointed home. It currently stands as my best VRBO experience when you figure in the professional (yet friendly and warm) manner that France takes in preparing you for the stay. We saw the eclipse of 2024 and chose this place since it was almost in the center of totality. We enjoyed the tranquility of our own rented space instead of somewhere with a boatload of people. The surrounding area would make a great Summer or Winter stay. There are multiple challenging ski areas, a great town (Magog) with a lot of good looking restaurants and a beautiful, large lake (Memphremagog). There's a reason why this VRBO home has nothing but full star reviews... I highly recommend it to anyone whose looking.

Overall very nice place to stay

The cottage is very cosy and nicer in person then in photos. It was very clean and well appointed with lots of books, games, cooking utensils, towels, blankets etc. it has a charming stream in the back and has a nice rustic feel. Our only disappointments were that the x box wasn’t working and that the Teflon pans were all scratched up. But otherwise it was a great stay and the owner communicated very well and was easy to get a hold of. We would stay again.

Amazing Getaway from Montreal

Extremely clean, cozy, well-equipped, perfect location. 10 mins from Owl's Head ski mountain, a short drive into Potton for superb coffee and hot chocolate or to Orford and Magog for hiking. Beautiful scenic drive in every direction. Would definitely recommend.

After Xmas stay

Beautiful home and property, all exactly as advertised. Excellent communication with owner, and we wanted for nothing. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of utensils, plates and glasses. You could see that the owners did not "cheap out " on the construction, furnishings or supplies as many other short term rental owners do. Great water pressure and lots of hot water as we were six adults and one child. Would not hesitate to come back!

Charming country house with excellent amenities

We stayed here over New Years with my family. It was very bright and spacious - (we were only 4) but there would be space for more! I really appreciated how the house was set up for cooking - everything was so well designed and nicely organized, with quality tools - it made cooking a pleasure. It was very clean and quiet. The house was prepared with many extras such as games, books, puzzles. Thanks for a lovely time.

Spring in the Mountains

Beautiful cottage nestled in the woods. Well maintained and nicely appointed. Wonderful location for touring the Eastern Townships. The owners were very thorough providing a welcome package to make our holiday easy from beginning to end. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A perfect place to reconnect

This was the perfect place for our family reunion of seven after a few years of Covid separation. It was a veritable wonderland for the youngest members of our party. Our children loved to spend time outdoors, from watching frogs in the pond to chasing milkweed seeds and checking beautiful little stream that runs through the property. The house was cozy and very clean with all the necessities. Fireplace, air hockey and the tree swing were especially popular. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Originally from Boucherville, Quebec, Michel and France now live in Florida and have two wonderful sons, now grown-up. They bought this property as their "pied-à-terre" when visiting family and friends in Quebec and to enjoy all that the Eastern Townships have to offer.
